[flang] Canonicalize redundant pointer converts. (#121864)
This patch adds a canonicalization pattern for optimizing redundant
"pointer" fir.converts. Such converts prevent the StackArrays pass
to recognize fir.freemem for the corresponding fir.allocmem, e.g.:
```
    %69 = fir.allocmem !fir.array<2xi32>
    %71:2 = hlfir.declare %69(%70) {uniq_name = ".tmp.arrayctor"} :
        (!fir.heap<!fir.array<2xi32>>, !fir.shape<1>) ->
        (!fir.heap<!fir.array<2xi32>>, !fir.heap<!fir.array<2xi32>>)
    %95 = fir.convert %71#1 :
        (!fir.heap<!fir.array<2xi32>>) -> !fir.ref<!fir.array<2xi32>>
    %100 = fir.convert %95 :
        (!fir.ref<!fir.array<2xi32>>) -> !fir.heap<!fir.array<2xi32>>
    fir.freemem %100 : !fir.heap<!fir.array<2xi32>>
```
I found this in `tonto`, but the change does not affect performance at all.
Anyway, it looks like a reasonable thing to do, and it makes easier
to compare the performance profiles with other compilers'.

[flang] Schedule InlineHLFIRAssign after BufferizeHLFIR. (#121863)
This helps to get rid of *some* calls to AssignTemporary runtime
that are appearing due to temporary_lhs hlfir.assign produced
in BufferizeHLFIR. I only tested it on `tonto`, and did not see
any performance changes. I will run more performance testing
before merging this.

[flang] Extract hlfir.assign inlining from opt-bufferization. (#121544)
Optimized bufferization can transform hlfir.assign into a loop
nest doing element per element assignment, but it avoids
doing so for RHS that is hlfir.expr. This is done to let
ElementalAssignBufferization pattern to try to do a better job.

This patch moves the hlfir.assign inlining after opt-bufferization,
and enables it for hlfir.expr RHS.

The hlfir.expr RHS cases are present in tonto, and this patch
results in some nice improvements. Note that those cases
are handled by other compilers also using array temporaries,
so this patch seems to just get rid of the Assign runtime
overhead/inefficiency.

[flang][cuda] Avoid stack corruption when setting kernel launch parameters (#119469)
In order to get the pointer to a structure member, `getelementptr`
typically requires two indices: one to indicate the structure itself,

in `GPULaunchKernelConversion`, so generated code may cause stack
corruption. This PR corrects the indices of a structure used as a kernel
launch temp.

[flang][cuda] Fix GPULaunchKernelConversion to generate correct kernel launch parameters (#119431)
For the call to _FortranACUFLaunchKernel, we store the pointer to a
member of a temporary structure in a parameter array. However, when we
obtain an element pointer from the parameter array, its address is
calculated based on the type of the structure. This PR properly treats
the parameter array as an array of pointers.

Example:

```mlir
%30 = llvm.load %29 : !llvm.ptr -> i32
%31 = llvm.mlir.constant(1 : i32) : i32
%32 = llvm.alloca %31 x !llvm.struct<(i64, i64, i32, ptr)> : (i32) -> !llvm.ptr
%33 = llvm.mlir.constant(4 : i32) : i32
%34 = llvm.alloca %33 x !llvm.ptr : (i32) -> !llvm.ptr
%35 = llvm.mlir.constant(0 : i32) : i32
%36 = llvm.getelementptr %32[%35] : (!llvm.ptr, i32) -> !llvm.ptr, !llvm.struct<(i64, i64, i32, ptr)>
llvm.store %8, %36 : i64, !llvm.ptr
%37 = llvm.getelementptr %34[%35] : (!llvm.ptr, i32) -> !llvm.ptr, !llvm.struct<(i64, i64, i32, ptr)>
llvm.store %36, %37 : !llvm.ptr, !llvm.ptr
...
llvm.call @_FortranACUFLaunchKernel(%47, %8, %8, %8, %2, %8, %8, %7, %34, %48) : (!llvm.ptr, i64, i64, i64, i64, i64, i64, i32, !llvm.ptr, !llvm.ptr) -> ()
```
In this example, `%37 = llvm.getelementptr %34[%35] : (!llvm.ptr, i32)
-> !llvm.ptr, !llvm.struct<(i64, i64, i32, ptr)>` will be `%37 =
llvm.getelementptr %34[%35] : (!llvm.ptr, i32) -> !llvm.ptr, !llvm.ptr`.

[flang][cuda] Distinguish constant fir.global from globals with a #cuf.cuda<constant> attribute (#118912)
1. In `CufOpConversion` `isDeviceGlobal` was renamed
`isRegisteredGlobal` and moved to the common file. `isRegisteredGlobal`
excludes constant `fir.global` operation from registration. This is to
avoid calls to `_FortranACUFGetDeviceAddress` on globals which do not
have any symbols in the runtime. This was done for
`_FortranACUFRegisterVariable` in #118582, but also needs to be done
here after #118591
2. `CufDeviceGlobal` no longer adds the `#cuf.cuda<constant>` attribute
to the constant global. As discussed in #118582 a module variable with
the #cuf.cuda<constant> attribute is not a compile time constant. Yet,
the compile time constant also needs to be copied into the GPU module.
The candidates for copy to the GPU modules are
- the globals needing regsitrations regardless of their uses in device
code (they can be referred to in host code as well)
       - the compile time constant when used in device code

3. The registration of "constant" module device variables (
#cuf.cuda<constant>) can be restored in `CufAddConstructor`

[flang][fir] fix ABI bug 116844 (#118121)
Fix issue #116844.

The issue came from a look-up on the func.func for the sret attribute
when lowering fir.call with character arguments. This was broken because
the func.func may or may not have been rewritten when dealing with the
fir.call, but the lookup assumed it had not been rewritten yet. If the
func.func was rewritten and the result moved to a sret argument, the
call was lowered as if the character was meant to be the result, leading
to bad call code and an assert.

It turns out that the whole logic is actually useless since fir.boxchar
are never lowered as sret arguments, instead, lowering directly breaks
the character result into the first two `fir.ref<>, i64` arguments. So,
the sret case was actually never used, except in this bug.

Hence, instead of fixing the logic (probably by looking for argument
attributes on the call itself), just remove this logic that brings
unnecessary complexity.

[Flang] LoongArch64 support for BIND(C) derived types in mabi=lp64d. (#117108)
This patch:
- Supports both the passing and returning of BIND(C) type parameters.
- Adds `mabi` check for LoongArch64. Currently, flang only supports
`mabi=` option
set to `lp64d` in LoongArch64, other ABIs will report an error and may
be supported
