[llvm] Use StringRef::operator== instead of StringRef::equals (NFC) (#91441)
I'm planning to remove StringRef::equals in favor of
StringRef::operator==.

- StringRef::operator==/!= outnumber StringRef::equals by a factor of
  70 under llvm/ in terms of their usage.

- The elimination of StringRef::equals brings StringRef closer to
  std::string_view, which has operator== but not equals.

- S == "foo" is more readable than S.equals("foo"), especially for
  !Long.Expression.equals("str") vs Long.Expression != "str".

4a0ccfa865 Use llvm::endianness::{big,little,native} (NFC)
Note that llvm::support::endianness has been renamed to
llvm::endianness while becoming an enum class as opposed to an
enum. This patch replaces support::{big,little,native} with
llvm::endianness::{big,little,native}.

b3ec0595d3 [llvm] Drop unaligned from calls to llvm::support::endian::{read,write} (NFC)
The last template parameter of llvm::support::endian::{read,write}
defaults to unaligned, so we can drop that at call sites.

cea5d2870f [llvm-lib] [llvm-readobj] [llvm-cvtres] Add Support for ARM64X object files.
Similar to D125411, but for ARM64X.

ARM64X PE binaries are hybrids containing both ARM64EC and pure ARM64
variants in one file. They are usually linked by passing separate
ARM64EC and ARM64 object files to linker. Linked binaries use ARM64
machine and contain additional CHPE metadata in their load config.
CHPE metadata support is not part of this patch, I plan to send that later.

Using ARM64X as a machine type of object files themselves is somewhat
ambiguous, but such files are allowed by MSVC. It treats them as ARM64
or ARM64EC object, depending on the context. Such objects can be
produced with cvtres.exe -machine:arm64x.

a737146c92 [ObjectYAML] Use std::size (NFC)
std::size, introduced in C++17, allows us to directly obtain the
number of elements of an array.

This is part of an effort to migrate from llvm::Optional to
std::optional:

488ad99ecf [ARM64EC 1/?] Add parsing support to llvm-objdump/llvm-readobj.
This is the first patch of a patchset to add initial support for
ARM64EC. Basic documentation is available at
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/porting/arm64ec-abi .
(Discourse post:
https://discourse.llvm.org/t/initial-patches-for-arm64ec-windows-11-now-posted/62449
.)

The file format for ARM64EC is basically identical to normal ARM64.
There are a few extra sections, but the existing code for reading ARM64
object files just works.

81cde474e2 Cleanup LLVMDebugInfoCodeView headers
Major user-facing changes:

Many headers in llvm/DebugInfo/CodeView no longer include
llvm/Support/BinaryStreamReader.h or llvm/Support/BinaryStreamWriter.h,
those headers may need to be included manually.

Several headers in llvm/DebugInfo/CodeView no longer include
llvm/DebugInfo/CodeView/EnumTables.h or llvm/DebugInfo/CodeView/CodeView.h,
those headers may need to be included manually.

7af4bb1641 [PDB] Remove unique_ptr wrapper around C13 line table subsections
This accounts for a large portion of the memory allocations in LLD.
This DebugSubsectionRecordBuilder object can be stored directly in
C13Builders, it mostly wraps other subsections.

Remove the container kind field from the object. It is always the same
for all elements in the vector, and we can pass it in during writing.

4d02263af0 [yaml2obj][COFF] Add support for extended relocation tables
Summary:
The tool does not correctly handle COFF sections with extended relocation tables (with IMAGE_SCN_LNK_NRELOC_OVFL bit set), this patch fixes this problem.

But I have cheated a bit in the test (to make it smaller) because extended relocation table is supposed to be used when the number of relocations exceeds 65534. Otherwise the test size would be pretty big.

8501102727 [yaml2obj/ObjectYAML] - Cleanup the error reporting API, add custom errors handlers.
This is a continuation of the YAML library error reporting
refactoring/improvement and the idea by itself was mentioned
in the following thread:
https://reviews.llvm.org/D67182?id=218714#inline-603404

This performs a cleanup of all object emitters in the library.
It allows using the custom one provided by the caller.

One of the nice things is that each tool can now print its tool name,
e.g: "yaml2obj: error: <text>"

Also, the code became a bit simpler.
