When a Mach-O corefile has an LC_NOTE "main bin spec" for a
standalone binary / firmware, with only a UUID and no load
address, try to locate the binary and dSYM by UUID and if
found, load it at offset 0 for the user.
Add a test case that tests a firmware/standalone corefile
with both the "kern ver str" and "main bin spec" LC_NOTEs.

TestQueues is curiously failing for me as my queue for QOS_CLASS_UNSPECIFIED
is named "Utility" and not "User Initiated" or "Default". While debugging, this
I noticed that this test isn't actually using this API right from what I understand. The API documentation
for `dispatch_get_global_queue` specifies for the parameter: "You may specify the value
QOS_CLASS_USER_INTERACTIVE, QOS_CLASS_USER_INITIATED, QOS_CLASS_UTILITY, or QOS_CLASS_BACKGROUND."
QOS_CLASS_UNSPECIFIED isn't listed as one of the supported values. swift-corelibs-libdispatch
even checks for this value and returns a DISPATCH_BAD_INPUT. The
libdispatch shipped on macOS seems to also check for QOS_CLASS_UNSPECIFIED and seems to
instead cause a "client crash", but somehow this doesn't trigger in this test and instead we just
get whatever queue
This patch just removes that part of the test as it appears the code is just incorrect.

Before e5d08fcbac72 the Makefile would always compute the min-version,
even if it wasn't set in the triple. This nuance got lost when passing
the ARCH_CFLAGS directly from TestSimulatorPlatform.
I move the triple (de)composition logic into the builder in e5d08fcbac72
but this test is relying on Make to construct the set the ARCH,
ARCH_CFLAGS and SDKROOT based on the given TRIPLE. This patch updates
the test to pass these variables directly.

Print which load command we were looking for when the sanity check
fails:
AssertionError: 0 != 1 : wrong number of load commands for
LC_VERSION_MIN_MACOSX
Currently these two tests use an arbitrary wait of 5 seconds for the
inferior to finish setting up. When the test machine is under heavy load
this sometimes is insufficient leading to spurious test failures. This
patch adds synchronization trough a token on the file system. In
addition to making the test more reliable it also makes it much faster
because we no longer have to wait the full 5 seconds if the setup was
completed faster than that.

The code in ObjectFileMachO didn't disambiguate between ios and
ios-simulator object files for Mach-O objects using the legacy
ambiguous LC_VERSION_MIN load commands. This used to not matter before
taught ArchSpec that ios and ios-simulator are no longer compatible.

Summary:
The resolver addresses stored in the dyld trie are relative to the base
of the __TEXT segment. This is usually 0 in a dylib, so this was never
noticed, but it is not 0 for most dylibs integrated in the shared cache.
As we started using the shared cache images recently as symbol source,
this causes LLDB to fail to resolve symbols which go through a runtime
resolver.

This test is hitting https://bugs.python.org/issue22393 which results in
the lit multiprocessing pool deadlocking and the reproducer job timing
out on GreenDragon.
Always clean up subprocesses on tear down instead of relying on the
caller to do so. This is not only less error prone but also means the
tests can be more concise.

This property is explicitly for use only in the interactive editor,
and NOT in commands. It's use worked until we got more careful about
not leaving lldb.target lying around in the script interpreter.

After this patch all remaining tests should pass on macOS when replayed

My main work directory is on a separate partition, but I usually access
it through a symlink in my home directory. When running the tests,
either Clang or make resolves the symlink, and the real path of the
test directory ends up in the debug information.
This confuses this test as LLDB is trying to remap the real path, but
the remapping description uses the path with the symlink in
it. Calling realpath on the source path when constructing the
remapping description fixes it.

My patch to augment the symbol table in Mach-O files with the
dyld trie exports data structure only categorized symbols as code
or data, but Greg Clayton had a patch to do something similar to
swift a few years ago that had a more extensive categorization of
symbols, as well as extracting some objc class/ivar names from the
entries. This patch is basically just Greg's, updated a bit and
with a test case added to it.

In ObjectFileMachO we construct the symbol table from multiple
sources -- primarily the binary's nlist records, but when the nlist
symbols have been stripped, we would augment those with function
start address from the LC_FUNCTION_STARTS or eh_frame. This patch
adds another source of symbols - the exported symbols that the
dynamic linker, dyld, uses at runtime from its trie structure. This
provides us names and addresses for these functions/data.
This patch removes the code from ParseSymtab that would reject an
empty symbol table / nlist source. It adds a new symbols_added
set which tracks the address of every symbol we've added to the
symtab. We add symbols in most-information-ful order, and before
adding a symbol from less-informational-ful source (e.g.
LC_FUNCTION_STARTS with no function name), we check if that symbol
has already been added.
On targets with thumb code generation, instead of using the 0th bit
in these addresses in FunctionStarts (or now the trie entries), we
use the data field of FunctionStarts (formerly used to track if the
func_start should be added) and a flag for the trie entries to
encode this, and only store the actual addresses in the symbols_seen
and these vectors.

Some tests set settings and don't clean them up, this leads to side effects in other tests.
The patch removes a global debugger instance with a per-test debugger to avoid such effects.
From what I see, lldb.DBG was needed to determine the platform before a test is run,
lldb.selected_platform is used for this purpose now. Though, this required adding a new function
to the SBPlatform interface.

The debugserver profile thread used to suspend itself between samples with
a usleep. When you detach or kill, MachProcess::Clear would delay replying
to the incoming packet until pthread_join of the profile thread returned.
If you are unlucky or the suspend delay is long, it could take longer than
the packet timeout for pthread_join to return. Then you would get an error
about detach not succeeding from lldb - even though in fact the detach was
successful...
I replaced the usleep with PThreadEvents entity. Then we just call a timed
WaitForEventBits, and when debugserver wants to stop the profile thread, it
can set the event bit, and the sleep will exit immediately.

Summary:
Around a third of our test sources have LLVM license headers. This patch removes those headers from all test
sources and also fixes any tests that depended on the length of the license header.
The reasons for this are:
* A few tests verify line numbers and will start failing if the number of lines in the LLVM license header changes. Once I landed my patch for valid SourceLocations in debug info we will probably have even more tests that verify line numbers.
* No other LLVM project is putting license headers in its test files to my knowledge.
* They make the test sources much more verbose than they have to be. Several tests have longer license headers than the actual test source.
For the record, the following tests had their line numbers changed to pass with the removal of the license header:

Mach allows you to suspend and resume other threads within a program, so
debugserver has to be careful not to interfere with this when it goes to supend and
resume threads while stepping over breakpoints and calling functions. Even
trickier, if you call a function on a suspended thread, it has to resume the
thread to get the expression to run, and then suspend it properly when done.
This all works already, but there wasn't a test for it. Adding that here.
This same test could be written for a unix that supports pthread_{suspend,resume}_np, but
macOS doesn't support these calls, only the mach version. It doesn't look like
a lot of Linux'es support this (AIX does apparently...) And IIUC Windows allows
you to suspend and resume other threads, but the code for that would look pretty
different than this main.c. So for simplicity's sake I wrote this test for Darwin-only.
Summary:
The error message from the construct `assertTrue(a == b, "msg") ` are nearly always completely useless for actually debugging the issue.
This patch is just replacing this construct (and similar ones like `assertTrue(a != b, ...)` with the proper call to assertEqual or assertNotEquals.
This patch was mostly written by a shell script with some manual verification afterwards:
