2e17bba324 Migrate last batch of tests to gc-live bundle format
For context of anyone following along, we've not completed the migration of statepoint to the operand bundle form. The only remaining piece is to actually version the statepoint intrinsic to remove the old inline operand sets. That will follow when I have some time; delay is useful here to allow downstream migrations.

cda006cbc7 [test][NFC] Use plain FileCheck in statepoint-stackmap-size.ll
Summary:
The test in question uses a non-portable `grep -A` option in conjunction
with `wc -l`. `FileCheck` can be used to do the check without using
these extra utilities.

e51d4df4b2 Use grep -F instead of deprecated fgrep.
(In addition to the deprecation bit, this is useful on Windows
where people might have grep but not fgrep.)

8fffa40400 [GC] Remove redundant entiries in stackmap section (and test it this time)
This is a reimplementation of the optimization removed in D75964. The actual spill/fill optimization is handled by D76013, this one just worries about reducing the stackmap section size itself by eliminating redundant entries. As noted in the comments, we could go a lot further here, but avoiding the degenerate invoke case as we did before is probably "enough" in practice.
