Integers are stringified and a `\0` character is used as a separator. Part of PR17891. Note: I've attached my testcases upgrade scripts to the PR. Tyler Nowicki	064896bbc5	Add diagnostics to the vectorizer cost model. When the cost model determines vectorization is not possible/profitable these remarks print an analysis of that decision.
