[JITLink] Add TLS support for SystemZ (#171559)
This patch adds TLS support for SystemZ on top of orc-runtime support. A
separate orc-runtime support #171062 has been created from earlier TLS
support #[170706](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/170706).

[ORC-RT][LoongArch] Add initial support for loongarch64 in ELFNixPlatform (#123575)
Enable ELFNixPlatform support for loongarch64. These are few simple
changes, but it allows us to use the orc runtime in ELF/LoongArch64
backend.

This change adds test cases targeting the LoongArch64 Linux platform to
the ORC runtime integration test suite. Since jitlink for loongarch64 is
ready for general use, and ELF-based platforms support defining multiple
static initializer table sections with differing priorities, some
relevant test cases in compiler-rt for ELFNixPlatform support can be
enabled.

This reapplies 570ecdcf8b4, which was reverted in 6073dd923b8 due to bot

The test failures on Linux were fixed by:
1. Removing an overly restrictive assertion (query dependence on a symbol no
longer implies a MaterializingInfo for that symbol)
2. Adding reentry and resolver files to the ORC runtime CMakeLists.txt for
Linux.
3. Adding the __orc_rt_reentry -> __orc_rt_sysv_reentry alias to ELFNixPlatform.

[JITLink] Switch to SymbolStringPtr for Symbol names (#115796)
Use SymbolStringPtr for Symbol names in LinkGraph. This reduces string interning
on the boundary between JITLink and ORC, and allows pointer comparisons (rather
than string comparisons) between Symbol names. This should improve the
performance and readability of code that bridges between JITLink and ORC (e.g.
ObjectLinkingLayer and ObjectLinkingLayer::Plugins).

To enable use of SymbolStringPtr a std::shared_ptr<SymbolStringPool> is added to
LinkGraph and threaded through to its construction sites in LLVM and Bolt. All
LinkGraphs that are to have symbol names compared by pointer equality must point
to the same SymbolStringPool instance, which in ORC sessions should be the pool
attached to the ExecutionSession.

aba6bb0820 [ORC][JITLink] Add jitlink::Scope::SideEffectsOnly, use it in ORC Platforms.
SideEffectsOnly is a new jitlink::Scope value that corresponds to the
JITSymbolFlags::MaterializationSideEffectsOnly flag: Symbols with this scope
can be looked up (and form part of the initial interface of a LinkGraph) but
never actually resolve to an address (so can only be looked up with a
WeaklyReferencedSymbol lookup).

Previously ObjectLinkingLayer implicitly treated JITLink symbols as having this
scope, regardless of a Symbol's actual scope, if the
MaterializationSideEffectsOnly flag was set on the corresponding symbol in the
MaterializationResponsibility object. Using an explicit scope in JITLink for
this (1) allows JITLink plugins to identify and correctly handle
side-effects-only symbols, and (2) allows raw LinkGraphs to define
side-effects-only symbols without clients having to manually modify their
`MaterializationUnit::Interface`.

counts, dlupdate focuses exclusively on running new initializers.

f04aaf9482 [ORC][ELF] Process .init_array sections in priority order.
Fixes compiler-rt/test/orc/TestCases/Linux/x86-64/priority-static-initializer.S
testcase after 244ea406259. This testcase had been succeeding because the
definition order of the .init_array sections in the testcase matched their
priorities, but began failing once 244ea406259 removed that guarantee. The
proper fix is to visit the .init_array sections according to their priority
order, regardless of how they're defined in the file.

This fixes the single-file testcase, but I think that ELFNixPlatform will need
to be extended to make priorities work correctly across file boundaries.

[ORC][Runtime] Enhancing ELF Platform with Push-Request Model for Initializers (#102846)
With the help of @lhames, this PR introduces a push-request model to manage
initializers in the runtime state for each `JITDylib`, similar to how `MachO`
and `COFF` handle it. Previously, the ELF runtime lacked the ability to
register, deregister, or retain initializers, causing issues when re-running
`dlopen`. Initializers were erased after `rt_getInitializers` was used.

To address this, we introduce `__orc_rt_elfnix_register_init_sections` and
`__orc_rt_elfnix_register_jitdylib` (and corresponding deregister functions).
This model allows the runtime to request the push of initializers for the
`JITDylib`, with the platform handling this via a record method. Additionally,
we leverage `MachO`'s `RecordSectionsTracker` to store initializers, ensuring
only newly updated initializers are executed using `processNewSections`,
improving the runtime's efficiency and reliability.

0074cea432 [ORC] Get rid of ObjectLinkingLayer::Plugin::getSyntheticSymbolDependencies.
Instead, when a MaterializationResponsibility contains an initializer symbol,
the Platform classes (MachO, COFF, ELFNix) will now add a defined symbol with
the same name to an arbitary block within the initializer sections, and then
add keep-alive edges from that symbol to all other init section blocks.
ObjectLinkingLayer is updated to automatically discard symbols where the
corresponding MaterializationResponsibility entry has the
MaterializationSideEffecstsOnly flag. This change simplifies both the
ObjectLinkingLayer::Plugin interface and the dependence tracking algorithm,
which no longer needs a special case for "synthetic"
(MaterializationSideEffectsOnly) symbols.

cd3f2749ed [ORC][ORC-RT][ELF] Move selection of eh-frame registration APIs into orc-rt.
ORC's ELF platform support prefers the newer libunwind registration functions
(__unw_add_dynamic_eh_frame_section, __unw_remove_dynamic_eh_frame_section) when
they're available, and falls back to the older registration functions
(__register_frame, __deregister_frame) when they're not.

Until now the choice of registration functions has been made on the controller
side in ELFNixPlatform: The platform JITDylib was searched for the registration
functions and aliases set depending on which ones were found. This patch drops
that selection logic from ELFNixPlatform and instead uses weak imports of the
registration functions in elfnix_platform.cpp to identify which ones are
available and choose which ones to use.

This has a few small benefits:
(1) The registration functions don't need to be defined in the same JITDylib as
the ORC runtime -- it's sufficient for them to be defined in a JITDylib that the
ORC runtime's JITDylib links against.

(2) THe elfnix_platfrom code is more readable, as we don't have to dig into
ELFNixPlatform.cpp on the controller side to discover the definition of the
registration aliases.

(3) We may save a separate round-trip to look up the registration APIs (the
lookup will be folded into the ordinary external symbol lookup when linking the
runtime).

8b1771bd9f [ORC] Move most ORC APIs to ExecutorAddr, introduce ExecutorSymbolDef.
ExecutorAddr was introduced in b8e5f918166 as an eventual replacement for
JITTargetAddress. ExecutorSymbolDef is introduced in this patch as a
replacement for JITEvaluatedSymbol: ExecutorSymbolDef is an (ExecutorAddr,
JITSymbolFlags) pair, where JITEvaluatedSymbol was a (JITTargetAddress,
JITSymbolFlags) pair.

A number of APIs had already migrated from JITTargetAddress to ExecutorAddr,
but many of ORC's internals were still using the older type. This patch aims
to address that.

Some public APIs are affected as well. If you need to migrate your APIs you can
use the following operations:

* ExecutorAddr::toPtr replaces jitTargetAddressToPointer and
  jitTargetAddressToFunction.

* ExecutorAddr::fromPtr replace pointerToJITTargetAddress.

* ExecutorAddr(JITTargetAddress) creates an ExecutorAddr value from a
  JITTargetAddress.

* ExecutorAddr::getValue() creates a JITTargetAddress value from an
  ExecutorAddr.

JITTargetAddress and JITEvaluatedSymbol will remain in JITSymbol.h for now, but
the aim will be to eventually deprecate and remove these types (probably when
MCJIT and RuntimeDyld are deprecated).

30b6c51f51 [ORC][ORC_RT][AArch64] Implement TLS descriptor in ELFNixPlatform.
Implements TLS descriptor relocations in JITLink ELF/AARCH64 backend and support the relevant runtime functions in ELFNixPlatform.

Unlike traditional TLS model, TLS descriptor model requires linker to return the "offset" from thread pointer via relocaiton not the actual pointer to thread local variable. There is no public libc api for adding new allocations to TLS block dynamically which thread pointer points to. So, we support this by taking delta from thread base pointer to the actual thread local variable in our allocated section.

2be5abb7e9 [ORC][ORC_RT] Handle ELF .init_array with non-default priority
ELF-based platforms currently support defining multiple static
initializer table sections with differing priorities, for example
.init_array.0 or .init_array.100; the default .init_array corresponds
to a priority of 65535. When building a shared library or executable,
the system linker normally sorts these sections and combines them into
a single .init_array section. This change adds the capability to
recognize ELF static initializers with priorities other than the
default, and to properly sort them by priority, to Orc and the Orc
runtime.
