[VPlan] Switch default graph traits to be recursive, update VPDomTree.
This updates the GraphTraits specialization for VPBlockBase to recurse
through VPRegionBlocks.

This in turn enables using VPDominatorTree to query dominance between
any block in a plan. This should enable additional use cases, including
improvements to def-use verification and porting IR-based transforms
that rely on the dominator tree.

Specifically, this change means that for regions, the entry and exit
blocks dominate the successors of the region.

[VPlan] Replace CondBit with BranchOnCond VPInstruction.
This patch removes CondBit and Predicate from VPBasicBlock. To do so,
the patch introduces a new branch-on-cond VPInstruction opcode to model
a branch on a condition explicitly.

This addresses a long-standing TODO/FIXME that blocks shouldn't be users
of VPValues. Those extra users can cause issues for VPValue-based
analyses that don't expect blocks. Addressing this fixme should allow us
to re-introduce 266ea446ab7476.

The generic branch opcode can also be used in follow-up patches.

[VPlan] Use region for each loop in native path.
This patch updates the VPlan native path to use VPRegionBlocks for all
loops in a loop nest. Up to now, only the outermost loop used a region.

This is a step towards unifying both paths and keep things consistent
between them. It also prepares various code-gen parts for modeling the
pre-header in the inner loop vectorizer (D121624).

[VPlan] Remove unused native utilities incompatible with nested regions.
The implementations of VPlanDominatorTree, VPlanLoopInfo and VPlanPredicator
are all incompatible with modeling loops in VPlans as region without
explicit back-edges.

Those pieces are not actively used and only exercised by a few gtest
unit tests. They are at the moment blocking progress towards unifying
the native and inner-loop vectorizer paths in D121624 and D123005.

I think we should not block forward progress on unused pieces of code,
so this patch removes the utilities for now. The plan is to re-introduce
them as needed in a way that is compatible with the unified VPlan scheme
used in both the inner loop vectorizer and the native path.

[VPlan] Use Exiting-block instead of Exit-block terminology (NFC).
In LLVM's common loop terminology, an exit block is a block outside a
loop with a predecessor inside the loop. An exiting block is a block
inside the loop which branches to an exit block outside the loop.

This patch updates a few places where VPlan was using ExitBlock for a
block exiting a region. Those instances have been updated to use
ExitingBlock.

Value * definitions wrapped in VPValues for use in a VPlan.

[VPlan] Manage pairs of incoming (VPValue, VPBB) in VPWidenPHIRecipe.
This patch extends VPWidenPHIRecipe to manage pairs of incoming
(VPValue, VPBasicBlock) in the VPlan native path. This is made possible
because we now directly manage defined VPValues for recipes.

By keeping both the incoming value and block in the recipe directly,
code-generation in the VPlan native path becomes independent of the
predecessor ordering when fixing up non-induction phis, which currently
can cause crashes in the VPlan native path.

This fixes PR45958.

[VPlan] Use VPUser to manage CondBit
VP blocks keep track of a condition, which is a VPValue. This patch
updates VPBlockBase to manage the value using VPUser, so
replaceAllUsesWith properly updates the condition bit as well.

This is required to enable VP2VP transformations and it helps with
simplifying some of the code required to manage condition bits.

e071cd86df Hide two unused debugging methods, NFCI.
GCC correctly moans that PlainCFGBuilder::isExternalDef(llvm::Value*) and
StackSafetyDataFlowAnalysis::verifyFixedPoint() are defined but not used
in Release builds. Hide them behind 'ifndef NDEBUG'.

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

edb12a838a [TI removal] Make variables declared as TerminatorInst and initialized
by `getTerminator()` calls instead be declared as `Instruction`.

This is the biggest remaining chunk of the usage of `getTerminator()`
that insists on the narrow type and so is an easy batch of updates.
Several files saw more extensive updates where this would cascade to
requiring API updates within the file to use `Instruction` instead of
`TerminatorInst`. All of these were trivial in nature (pervasively using
`Instruction` instead just worked).

The patch introduces loop analysis (VPLoopInfo/VPLoop) for VPBlockBases.
This analysis will be necessary to perform some H-CFG transformations and
detect and introduce regions representing a loop in the H-CFG.

2a34ac86d3 [VPlan] Introduce VPlan-based dominator analysis.
The patch introduces dominator analysis for VPBlockBases and extend
VPlan's GraphTraits specialization with the required interfaces. Dominator
analysis will be necessary to perform some H-CFG transformations and
to introduce VPLoopInfo (LoopInfo analysis on top of the VPlan representation).

d09530144a [VPlan][LV] Introduce condition bit in VPBlockBase
This patch introduces a VPValue in VPBlockBase to represent the condition
bit that is used as successor selector when a block has multiple successors.
This information wasn't necessary until now, when we are about to introduce
outer loop vectorization support in VPlan code gen.

f58ad3129c [LV][VPlan] Build plain CFG with simple VPInstructions for outer loops.
Patch #3 from VPlan Outer Loop Vectorization Patch Series #1
(RFC: http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2017-December/119523.html).

Expected to be NFC for the current inner loop vectorization path. It
introduces the basic algorithm to build the VPlan plain CFG (single-level
CFG, no hierarchical CFG (H-CFG), yet) in the VPlan-native vectorization
path using VPInstructions. It includes:
  - VPlanHCFGBuilder: Main class to build the VPlan H-CFG (plain CFG without nested regions, for now).
  - VPlanVerifier: Main class with utilities to check the consistency of a H-CFG.
  - VPlanBlockUtils: Main class with utilities to manipulate VPBlockBases in VPlan.
