[SCEV] Strengthen nowrap flags via ranges for ARs on construction.
At the moment, proveNoWrapViaConstantRanges is only used when creating
SCEV[Zero,Sign]ExtendExprs. We can get significant improvements by
strengthening flags after creating the AddRec.

I'll also share a follow-up patch that removes the code to strengthen
flags when creating SCEV[Zero,Sign]ExtendExprs. Modifying AddRecs while
creating those can lead to surprising changes.

3b742242a5 [ARM] Remove a redundant function fixupBTI
Since the redundant BTI instructions emitted by jump tables are now
removed in the ARMBranchTargets pass, the fixupBTI function is not needed
in the ARMConstantIslandPass. Some related tests are removed as well.

bb0403ae2e [ARM] Remove redundant BTI instructions for table jumps
A BTI instruction was previously inserted at the beginning of each block
that has its address stored in a jump table. Jump tables only emit
indirect jumps in ARM or Thumb1 modes. However, PACBTI is not supported
in these modes. As a result, BTI instructions emitted by jump tables are
redundant. Removing redundant BTI instructions improves the code size
and prevents potential gadgets.

c65b4d64d4 [SelectionDAG] Do not second-guess alignment for alloca
Alignment of an alloca in IR can be lower than the preferred alignment
on purpose, but this override essentially treats the preferred
alignment as the minimum alignment.

The patch changes this behavior to always use the specified
alignment. If alignment is not set explicitly in LLVM IR, it is set to
DL.getPrefTypeAlign(Ty) in computeAllocaDefaultAlign.

Tests are changed as well: explicit alignment is increased to match
the preferred alignment if it changes output, or omitted when it is
hard to determine the right value (e.g. for pointers, some structs, or
weird types).

1af3f596f6 [DAG] Fold Op(vecreduce(a), vecreduce(b)) into vecreduce(Op(a,b))
So long as the operation is reassociative, we can reassociate the double
vecreduce from for example fadd(vecreduce(a), vecreduce(b)) to
vecreduce(fadd(a,b)). This will in general save a few instructions, but some
architectures (MVE) require the opposite fold, so a shouldExpandReduction is
added to account for it. Only targets that use shouldExpandReduction will be
affected.

f634096f6b [ARM] Perform lane interleaving from reductions.
We have a pass for MVE to perform lane interleaving to make use of top/bottom
instructions, that adds shuffles before extends and after truncates. This
extends it to also start from add reductions, where the order of lanes does not
matter so the shuffle is not needed. We need to be careful about not breaking
the form of existing reductions, but otherwise can save some instructions and
awkward extends.

734d113a6c [ARM] Remove reduce(shuffle) if all the lanes are used
This looks for vaddv(shuffle) or vmlav(shuffle, shuffle), with a shuffle where
all the lanes are used once. Due to the reduction being commutative the shuffle
can be removed.

120ce83660 [DAG] Add visitABD optimizations
This adds basic a visitABD to optimize ABDS and ABDU nodes, similar to the
existing visitAVG method.

The fold I was initially interested in was folding shuffles though the binop.
This also:
- Marks ABDS and ABDU as commutative binops (https://alive2.llvm.org/ce/z/oCDogb
  and https://alive2.llvm.org/ce/z/7zrs86).
- Add reassociative folds.
- Add constant folding using max(x,y)-min(x,y)
- Canonicalizes constants to the RHS

If a chain of two selects share a true/false value and are controlled
by two setcc nodes, that are never both true, we can fold away one of
the selects. So, the following:

60ea6f35a2 [ARM] Allow selecting hard-float ABI in integer-only MVE.
Armv8.1-M can be configured to support the integer subset of the MVE
vector instructions, and no floating point. In that situation, the FP
and vector registers still exist, and so do the load, store and move
instructions that transfer data in and out of them. So there's no
reason the hard floating point ABI can't be supported, and you might
reasonably want to use it, for the sake of intrinsics-based code
passing explicit MVE vector types between functions.

But the selection of the hard float ABI in the backend was gated on
Subtarget->hasVFP2Base(), which is false in the case of integer MVE
and no FP.

As a result, you'd silently get the soft float ABI even if you
deliberately tried to select it, e.g. with clang options such as
--target=arm-none-eabi -mfloat-abi=hard -march=armv8.1m.main+nofp+mve

The hard float ABI should have been gated on the weaker condition
Subtarget->hasFPRegs(), because the only requirement for being able to
pass arguments in the FP registers is that the registers themselves
should exist.

I haven't added a new test, because changing the existing
CodeGen/Thumb2/float-ops.ll test seemed sufficient. But I've added a
comment explaining why the results are expected to be what they are.

9ed2f14c87 [AsmParser] Remove typed pointer auto-detection
IR is now always parsed in opaque pointer mode, unless
-opaque-pointers=0 is explicitly given. There is no automatic
detection of typed pointers anymore.

The -opaque-pointers=0 option is added to any remaining IR tests
that haven't been migrated yet.

f4f8f9f185 [Thumb2][MVE] Recognise shuffle truncation patterns suitable for ARMISD::MVETRUNC
I'm helping with the remaining regressions on D127115, and one of my candidate fixes caused some regressions with MVE interleaved shuffles due to poor handling of 'truncation' style shuffle masks (0,2,4,6,...).

This patch attempts to use the ARMISD::MVETRUNC node to handle these cases, based off existing code in LowerTruncate.

It handles both (0,2,4,6,...) and (1,3,5,7,....) 'top' style patterns (assuming no endian problems). I shift down the 'top' patterns - a basic search of ARM docs suggests MVE has some top/bottom truncation/narrowing instructions but I don't seem to be able to get them to be used.

56ff916861 [ARM] Limit and+csinc fold to a single use.
With glue nodes between the CMP and the CSINC, generating multiple
uses of the CMP can fail when scheduling the DAG. This limits the fold
from 90f24bef47227d58f2ccd to a single use on the CSINC, to prevent the
CMP being needed by two nodes.

Invalid tail predicated loops could be formed by treating function
arguments as FalseLanesZero due to getGlobalReachingDefs not returning
any values. Make sure we check that the list of Defs is empty and if so

eae26b6640 [IRBuilder] Use canonical i64 type for insertelement index used by vector splats.
Instcombine prefers this canonical form (see getPreferredVectorIndex),
as does IRBuilder when passing the index as an integer so we may as
well use the prefered form from creation.

NOTE: All test changes are mechanical with nothing else expected
beyond a change of index type from i32 to i64.

This is the ARM equivalent of D141119, where we fold `and x, (csel 0, 1, cc)`
to `csel ZR, x, cc` if we know that x is 0/1 and for `or x, (csel 0, 1, cc)`
emit `csinc x, ZR, cc`. The or pattern gets recognized from a cmov under Arm.

fd716925ec [DAGCombine] Fold Splat(bitcast(buildvector(x,..))) to splat(x)
This adds a fold which teaches the backend to fold
splat(bitcast(buildvector(x,..))) or
splat(bitcast(scalar_to_vector(x))) to a single splat.

This only handles lane 0 splats, which are only valid under LE, and
needs to be a little careful with the types it creates for the new
buildvector.

[opt] Disincentivize new tests from using old pass syntax
Over the past day or so, i've took a large swing at our tests,
and reduced the number of tests that were still using the old syntax
from ~1800 to just 200.

Left to handle: (as it is seen in this patch)
* Transforms/LSR
* Transforms/CGP
* Transforms/TypePromotion
* Transforms/HardwareLoops
* Analysis/*
* some misc.

I think this is the right point to start actively refusing
to honor the old syntax, except for the old tests,
to prevent the old syntax from creeping back in.

Thus, let's add temporary default-off flag,
and if it is not passed refuse to accept old syntax.
The tests that still need porting are annotated with this flag.

A new pass MachineLateInstrsCleanup is added to be run after PEI.

This is a simple pass that removes redundant and identical instructions
whenever found by scanning the MF once while keeping track of register
definitions in a map. These instructions are typically immediate loads
resulting from rematerialization, and address loads emitted by target in
eliminateFrameInde().

This is enabled by default, but a target could easily disable it by means of
'disablePass(&MachineLateInstrsCleanupID);'.

This late cleanup is naturally not "optimal" in removing instructions as it
is done by looking at phys-regs, but still quite effective. It would be
desirable to improve other parts of CodeGen and avoid these redundant
instructions in the first place, but there are no ideas for this yet.

which caused the build problems (with clang).

RISCV has this disabled for now until problems relating to post RA pseudo

e45cbf9923 [ARM,MVE] Update MVE_VMLA_qr for architecture change.
In revision B.q and before of the Armv8-M architecture reference
manual, the vector/scalar forms of the `vmla` and `vmlas` instructions
came in signed and unsigned integer forms, such as `vmla.s8 q0,q1,r2`
or `vmlas.u32 q3,q4,r5`.

Revision B.r has changed this. There are no longer signed and unsigned
versions of these instructions, since they were functionally identical
anyway. Now there is just `vmla.i8` (or `i16` or `i32`, and similarly
for `vmlas`). Bit 28 of the instruction encoding, which was previously
0 for signed or 1 for unsigned, is now expected to be 0 always.

This change updates LLVM to the new version of the architecture. The
obsoleted encodings for unsigned integers are now decoding errors, and
only the still-valid encoding is ever emitted. This shouldn't break
any existing assembly code, because the old signed and unsigned
versions of the mnemonic are still accepted by the assembler (which is
standard practice anyway for all signedness-agnostic MVE integer
instructions).

34d88cf6cf [DAG] Allow folding AND of anyext masked_load with >1 user to zext version
This now allows folding an AND of a anyext masked_load to a
zext_masked_load even if the masked load has multiple users.  Doing is
eliminates some redundant ANDs/MOVs for certain AArch64 SVE code.

I'm not sure if there's any cases where doing this could negatively the
other users of the masked_load.  Looking at other optimizations of
masked loads, most don't apply if the load is used more than once, so it
doesn't look like this would interfere.
