2bfce22a92 [OpenMP] Upgrade default version of OpenMP to 5.0 
Summary:
When -fopenmp option is specified then version 5.0 will be set as
default.

77d049d0c6 [OPENMP]Fix datasharing checks for if clause in parallel taskloop 
directives.

If the default datasharing is set to none, the datasharing attributes
for variables in the condition of the if clause for the inner taskloop
  directive must be verified.
