3212ecfea8 [lib/ObjectYAML] - Improve and cleanup error reporting in ELFState<ELFT> class.
The aim of this patch is to refactor how we handle and report error.

I suggest to use the same approach we use in LLD: delayed error reporting.
For that I introduced 'HasError' flag which triggers when we report an error.
Now we do not exit instantly on any error. The benefits are:

1) There are no more 'exit(1)' calls in the library code.
2) Code was simplified significantly in a few places.
3) It is now possible to print multiple errors instead of only one.

Also, I changed the messages to be lower case and removed a full stop.

441d450115 [yaml2obj] Support PT_GNU_STACK and PT_GNU_RELRO
PT_GNU_STACK is used in an llvm-objcopy test.

I plan to use PT_GNU_RELRO in a patch to improve nested segment
processing in llvm-objcopy (PR42963).

f5345a3f4c [yaml2obj] - Report when unknown section is referenced from program header declaration block.
Previously we did not report this.
Also this removes multiple lookups in the map
what cleanups the code.

e29e30b139 [llvm-readobj] Change -long-option to --long-option in tests. NFC
We use both -long-option and --long-option in tests. Switch to --long-option for consistency.

In the "llvm-readelf" mode, -long-option is discouraged as it conflicts with grouped short options and it is not accepted by GNU readelf.

While updating the tests, change llvm-readobj -s to llvm-readobj -S to reduce confusion ("s" is --section-headers in llvm-readobj but --symbols in llvm-readelf).

eb04da3a56 [yaml2obj][ELF] Add support for program headers
This change adds basic support for program headers.

I need to do some testing which requires generating program headers but
I can't use ld.lld or clang to produce programs that have headers. I'd
also like to test some strange things that those programs may never
produce.
