[RISCV] Add processor definition for XiangShan-KunMingHu-V2R2 (#123193)
XiangShan-KunMingHu is the third generation of Open-source
high-performance RISC-V processor developed by Beijing Institute of Open
Source Chip (BOSC) , and its latest version is V2R2.

The KunMingHu manual is now available at
https://github.com/OpenXiangShan/XiangShan-User-Guide/releases.
It will be updated on the official XiangShan documentation site:
https://docs.xiangshan.cc/zh-cn/latest

[LLVM][Demangle] Fix MS Demangler to be stricter about wide string literals (#134483)
Static analysis detected that Demangler::demangleStringLiteral had a
potential overflow if not checking StringByteSize properly.

Added check to ensure that for wide string it is always even and that
there were the byte count did not mismatch the actual size of the
literal.

[lldb] Remove lldb-server min and max gdbserver port options (#133275)
Since lldb 20, these have had no effect:

[RISCV] Support .option {no}exact (#122483)
This implements [the `.option exact` and `.option noexact`
proposal](https://github.com/riscv-non-isa/riscv-asm-manual/pull/122)
for RISC-V.

`.option exact` turns off:
- Compression
- Branch Relaxation
- Linker Relaxation

`.option noexact` turns these back on, and is also the default, matching
the current behaviour.

[RISCV][Xqcili] Implement Load Immediate Support (#132496)
This is required to support `li`, but the code is also shared with
CodeGen so the compiler will now emit instructions from Xqcili when that
extension is enabled during compilation.

Also implemented some missed verifiers in
`RISCVInstrInfo::verifyInstruction`, some of which are required for this
change.

[hexagon] Bump the default version to v68 (#132304)
Set the default processor version to v68 when the user does not specify
one in the command line. This includes changes in the LLVM backed and
linker (lld). Since lld normally sets the version based on inputs, this
change will only affect cases when there are no inputs.

[llvm][AMDGPU] Enable FWD_PROGRESS bit for GFX10+ (#128367)
From GFX10 onwards it is possible to employ benevolent scheduling of
waves. This patch unconditionally enables, for the `amdhsa` OS, the bit
which controls that capability, as it is beneficial for algorithms that
rely on more complex concurrent coordination and it is generally
performance neutral otherwise.

[llvm] Match llvm.type.checked.load.relative semantics to llvm.load.r… (#129583)

The semantics of `llvm.type.checked.load.relative` seem to be a little
different from that of `llvm.load.relative`. It looks like the semantics
for `llvm.type.checked.load.relative` is `ptr + offset + *(ptr +
offset)` whereas the semantics for `llvm.load.relative` is `ptr + *(ptr
+ offset)`. That is, the offset for the former is added to the offset
address whereas the later has the offset added to the original pointer.

It really feels like the checked intrinsic was meant to match the
semantics of the non-checked intrinsic, but I think for all cases the
checked intrinsic is used (swift being the only use I know of), the
calculation just happens to be the same because swift always uses an
offset of zero. Likewise, all llvm tests for this intrinsic happen to
use an offset of zero.

Relative vtables in clang happens to be the first time where we're using
this intrinsic and using it with non-zero values. This updates the
semantics of the checked intrinsic to match the non-checked one.
Effectively this shouldn't change any codegen by any users of this since
all current users seem to use a zero offset.

This PR also updates some tests with non-zero offsets.

[llvm-objcopy,ELF] --discard-locals/--discard-all: allow and keep symbols referenced by relocations
In GNU objcopy, symbols referenced by relocations are retained. Our COFF
(https://reviews.llvm.org/D56480) and Mach-O
(https://reviews.llvm.org/D75104) ports port the behavior, but the ELF
port doesn't.

This PR implements the behavior for ELF.
Close #47468 (tcl has a use case that requires `strip -x tclStubLib.o`
to strip local symbols not referenced by relocations.)

[windows] Always pass fp128 arguments indirectly (#128848)
LLVM currently expects `__float128` to be both passed and returned in
xmm registers on Windows. However, this disagrees with the Windows
x86-64 calling convention [1], which indicates values larger than 64
bits should be passed indirectly.

Update LLVM's default Windows calling convention to pass `fp128`
directly.  Returning in xmm0 is unchanged since this seems like a
reasonable extrapolation of the ABI. With this patch, the calling
convention for `i128` and `f128` is the same.

GCC passes `__float128` indirectly, which this also matches. However, it
also returns indirectly, which is not done here. I intend to attempt a
GCC change to also return in `xmm0` rather than making that change here,
given the consistency with `i128`.

This corresponds to the frontend change in [2], see more details there.

[RISCV] Xqccmp Code Generation (#128815)
This adds support for Xqccmp to the following passes:
- Prolog Epilog Insertion - reusing much of the existing push/pop logic,
but extending it to cope with frame pointers and reorder the CFI
information correctly.
- Move Merger - extending it to support the `qc.` variants of the
double-move instructions.
- Push/Pop Optimizer - extending it to support the `qc.` variants of the
pop instructions.

The testing is based on existing Zcmp tests, but I have put them in
separate files as some of the Zcmp tests were getting quite long.

[RISCV] Add Xqccmp 0.1 Assembly Support (#128731)
Xqccmp is a new spec by Qualcomm that makes a vendor-specific effort to
solve the push/pop + frame pointers issue. Broadly, it takes the Zcmp
instructions and reverse the order they push/pop registers in, which
ends up matching the frame pointer convention.

This extension adds a new instruction not present in Zcmp,
`qc.cm.pushfp`, which will set `fp` to the incoming `sp` value after it
has pushed the registers.

This change duplicates the Zcmp implementation, with minor changes to
mnemonics (for the `qc.` prefix), predicates, and the addition of
`qc.cm.pushfp`. There is also new logic to prevent combining Xqccmp and
Zcmp. Xqccmp is kept separate to Xqci for decoding/encoding etc, as the
specs are separate today.

[lldb-dap] Support column breakpoints (#125347)
This commit adds support for column breakpoints to lldb-dap

To do so, support for the `breakpointLocations` request was
added. To find all available breakpoint positions, we iterate over
the line table.

The `setBreakpoints` request already forwarded the column correctly to
`SBTarget::BreakpointCreateByLocation`. However, `SourceBreakpointMap`
did not keep track of multiple breakpoints in the same line. To do so,
the `SourceBreakpointMap` is now indexed by line+column instead of by
line only.

This was previously submitted as #113787, but got reverted due to
failures on ARM and macOS. This second attempt has less strict test
case expectations. Also, I added a release note.

[lldb][Windows] WoA HW Watchpoint support in LLDB (#108072)
This PR adds support for hardware watchpoints in LLDB for AArch64
Windows targets.

Windows does not provide an API to query the number of available
hardware watchpoints supported by underlying hardware platform.
Therefore, current implementation supports only a single hardware
watchpoint, which has been verified on Windows 11 using Microsoft
SQ2 and Snapdragon Elite X hardware.

LLDB test suite ninja check-lldb still fails watchpoint-related tests.
However, tests that do not require more than a single watchpoint
pass successfully when run individually.

[IR] Convert from nocapture to captures(none) (#123181)
This PR removes the old `nocapture` attribute, replacing it with the new
`captures` attribute introduced in #116990. This change is
intended to be essentially NFC, replacing existing uses of `nocapture`
with `captures(none)` without adding any new analysis capabilities.
Making use of non-`none` values is left for a followup.

Some notes:
* `nocapture` will be upgraded to `captures(none)` by the bitcode
   reader.
* `nocapture` will also be upgraded by the textual IR reader. This is to
   make it easier to use old IR files and somewhat reduce the test churn in
   this PR.
* Helper APIs like `doesNotCapture()` will check for `captures(none)`.
* MLIR import will convert `captures(none)` into an `llvm.nocapture`
   attribute. The representation in the LLVM IR dialect should be updated
   separately.

[lldb] Make Python >= 3.8 required for LLDB 21 (#124735)
As decided on
https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-lets-document-and-enforce-a-minimum-python-version-for-lldb/82731.

LLDB 20 recommended `>= 3.8` but did not remove support for anything
earlier. Now we are in what will become LLDB 21, so I'm removing that
support and making
`>= 3.8` required.

[PassBuilder] Add RelLookupTableConverterPass to LTO

This patch adds RelLookupTableConverterPass into the LTO
post-link optimization pass pipeline. This optimization
converts lookup tables to relative lookup tables to make
them PIC-friendly, which is already included in the non-LTO
pass pipeline. This patch adds this optimization to the
post-link optimization pipeline to discover more
opportunities in the LTO context.

[lldb] Enable "frame diagnose" on linux (#123217)
.. by changing the signal stop reason format 🤦

The reason this did not work is because the code in
`StopInfo::GetCrashingDereference` was looking for the string "address="
to extract the address of the crash. Macos stop reason strings have the
form
```
  EXC_BAD_ACCESS (code=1, address=0xdead)
```
while on linux they look like:
```
  signal SIGSEGV: address not mapped to object (fault address: 0xdead)
```

Extracting the address from a string sounds like a bad idea, but I
suppose there's some value in using a consistent format across
platforms, so this patch changes the signal format to use the equals
sign as well. All of the diagnose tests pass except one, which appears
to fail due to something similar #115453 (disassembler reports
unrelocated call targets).

I've left the tests disabled on windows, as the stop reason reporting
code works very differently there, and I suspect it won't work out of
the box. If I'm wrong -- the XFAIL will let us know.
