[PowerPC][LLC] Utilize PPC::getNormalizedPPCTargetCPU() to set CPU (#113943)
Utilize common API in PPCTargetParser
(https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/97541) to set default CPU
with same interfaces for LLC.
This will update AIX default CPU to pwr7 and LoP powerppc64 default CPU
to ppc64.

[CodeGen] Really renumber slot indexes before register allocation (#67038)
PR #66334 tried to renumber slot indexes before register allocation, but
the numbering was still affected by list entries for instructions which
had been erased. Fix this to make the register allocator's live range
length heuristics even less dependent on the history of how instructions
have been added to and removed from SlotIndexes's maps.

b922a36211 [PowerPC] Define SchedModel for Power8
PowerPC subtargets prior to Power9 use the 'legacy' itinerary way to
provide scheduling information. This patch re-writes the tablegen file
to define the scheduling information in the new SchedModel way, which
can bring improvements to some benchmarks.

02ba5b8c6b Ignore load/store until stack address computation
No longer conservatively assume a load/store accesses the stack when we
can prove that we did not compute any stack-relative address up to this
point in the program.

We do this in a cheap not-quite-a-dataflow-analysis: Assume
`NoStackAddressUsed` when all predecessors of a block already guarantee
it. Process blocks in reverse post order to guarantee that except for
loop headers we have processed all predecessors of a block before
processing the block itself. For loops we accept the conservative answer
as they are unlikely to be shrink-wrappable anyway.

fae05692a3 CodeGen: Print/parse LLTs in MachineMemOperands
This will currently accept the old number of bytes syntax, and convert
it to a scalar. This should be removed in the near future (I think I
converted all of the tests already, but likely missed a few).

Not sure what the exact syntax and policy should be. We can continue
printing the number of bytes for non-generic instructions to avoid
test churn and only allow non-scalar types for generic instructions.

This will currently print the LLT in parentheses, but accept parsing
the existing integers and implicitly converting to scalar. The
parentheses are a bit ugly, but the parser logic seems unable to deal
without either parentheses or some keyword to indicate the start of a
type.

00c0c8c87d [PowerPC] [MLICM] Enable hoisting of caller preserved registers on AIX

0be2d25ecc [FIX] Forces shrink wrapping to consider any memory access as aliasing with the stack
Summary:
Relate bug: https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37472

The shrink wrapping pass prematurally restores the stack, at a point where the stack might still be accessed.
Taking an exception can cause the stack to be corrupted.

As a first approach, this patch is overly conservative, assuming that any instruction that may load or store could access
the stack.

f75f4d6573 [MachineCSE] Add new callback for is caller preserved or constant physregs
The instructions addis, addi, bl are used to calculate the address of TLS thread
local variables. These TLS access code sequences are generated repeatedly every
time the thread local variable is accessed. By communicating to Machine CSE that
X2 is guaranteed to have the same value within the same function call (so called
Caller Preserved Physical Register), the redundant TLS access code sequences are
cleaned up.

b4733ca8c5 [MachineLICM] Hoist TOC-based address instructions
Add condition for MachineLICM to safely hoist instructions that utilize
non constant registers that are reserved.

On PPC, global variable access is done through the table of contents (TOC)
which is always in register X2. The ABI reserves this register in any
functions that have calls or access global variables.

A call through a function pointer involves saving, changing and restoring
this register around the call and thus MachineLICM does not consider it to
be invariant. We can however guarantee the register is preserved across the
call and thus is invariant.
