[DXIL] Set DXIL Version in DXIL target triple based on shader model version (#91407)
This change set restores commit 080978dd2067d0c9ea7e229aa7696c2480d89ef1 that was reverted to address ASAN
failures and includes a fix for the ASAN failures.

Following is the description of the change:

An earlier commit provided a way to decouple DXIL version from Shader
Model version by representing the DXIL version as `SubArch` in the DXIL
Target Triple and adding corresponding valid DXIL Arch types.

This change constructs DXIL target triple with DXIL version that is
deduced from Shader Model version specified in the following scenarios:

1. When compilation target profile is specified:
For e.g., DXIL target triple `dxilv1.8-unknown-shader6.8-library` is
constructed when `-T lib_6_8` is specified.
2. When DXIL target triple without DXIL version is specified:
For e.g., DXIL target triple `dxilv1.8-pc-shadermodel6.8-library` is
    constructed when `-mtriple=dxil-pc-shadermodel6.8-library` is specified.

Updated relevant HLSL tests that check for target triple.

[DirectX][DXIL] Set DXIL Version in DXIL target triple based on shader model version (#90809)

Updated relevant HLSL tests that check for target triple.

Validated that Clang (`check-clang`) and LLVM (`check-llvm`) regression
tests pass.

[HLSL] Add validation for the -enable-16bit-types option (#85340)
Previously, the clang compiler with the dxc driver would accept the
-enable-16bit-types flag without checking to see if the required
conditions are met for proper processing of the flag.
Specifically, -enable-16bit-types requires a shader model of at least
6.2 and an HLSL version of at least 2021.
This PR adds a validation check for these other options having the
required values, and emits an error if these constraints are not met.

[HLSL] Add -HV option translation to clang-dxc.exe (#83938)
Previously, clang-dxc.exe would not recognize -HV as a valid argument to
DXC, and would be unable to translate the argument to a legal clang
argument. This PR implements a translation of the HV option and its
value to the appropriate clang flag and the appropriate value. It adds a
test by using the -### option to spit out the translated options, and
checks to see that the correct option was generated.

cb6fe61be3 [Driver][DXC] Handle -Fo and -Fc flags
This splits the backend and assemble actions for HLSL inputs and
handles the options in GetNamedOutputPath instead of aliasing `-o`.
This also moves how we default to emitting asm to stdout, since doing
this in the HLSL toolchain rather than the driver pollutes how the
clang driver works as well.

When both options are specified we disable collapsing the assemble
action and attempt to generate both outputs. Note that while this
handles the driver aspects, we can't actually run in that mode for now
since -cc1as doesn't understand DXIL as an input yet.

dxv will be executed with command line dxv file_name -o file_name.
It will validate and sign the file and overwrite it.

1fa870b1bd Use None consistently (NFC)
This patch replaces NoneType() and NoneType::None with None in
preparation for migration from llvm::Optional to std::optional.

In the std::optional world, we are not guranteed to be able to
default-construct std::nullopt_t or peek what's inside it, so neither
NoneType() nor NoneType::None has a corresponding expression in the
std::optional world.

Once we consistently use None, we should even be able to replace the
contents of llvm/include/llvm/ADT/None.h with something like:

  using NoneType = std::nullopt_t;
  inline constexpr std::nullopt_t None = std::nullopt;

to ease the migration from llvm::Optional to std::optional.

f712c0131f [HLSL]Add -O and -Od option for dxc mode.
Two new dxc mode options -O and -Od are added for dxc mode.
-O is just alias of existing cc1 -O option.
-Od will be lowered into -O0 and -dxc-opt-disable.

-dxc-opt-disable is cc1 option added to for build ShaderFlags.

77f72ac15b [HLSL] Enable half type for hlsl.
HLSL supports half type.
When enable-16bit-types is not set, half will be treated as float.
When enable-16bit-types is set, half will be treated like real 16bit float type and map to llvm half type.
Also change CXXABI to Microsoft to match dxc behavior.
The mangle name for half is "$f16@" when half is treat as native half type and "$halff@" when treat as float.

In AST, half is still half.
The special thing is done at clang codeGen, when NativeHalfType is false, half will translated into float.

73417c5176 [HLSL][clang][Driver] Support validator version command line option.
The DXIL validator version option(/validator-version) decide the validator version when compile hlsl.
The format is major.minor like 1.0.

In normal case, the value of validator version should be got from DXIL validator. Before we got DXIL validator ready for llvm/main, DXIL validator version option is added first to set validator version.

It will affect code generation for DXIL, so it is treated as a code gen option.

A new member std::string DxilValidatorVersion is added to clang::CodeGenOptions.

Then CGHLSLRuntime is added to clang::CodeGenModule.
It is used to translate clang::CodeGenOptions::DxilValidatorVersion into a ModuleFlag under key "dx.valver" at end of clang code generation.

721651be24 [HLSL][clang][Driver] Support target profile command line option.
The target profile option(/T) decide the shader model when compile hlsl.
The format is shaderKind_major_minor like ps_6_1.
The shader model is saved as llvm::Triple is clang/llvm like
dxil-unknown-shadermodel6.1-hull.
The main job to support the option is translating ps_6_1 into
shadermodel6.1-pixel.
That is done inside tryParseProfile at HLSL.cpp.

To integrate the option into clang Driver, a new DriverMode DxcMode is
created. When DxcMode is enabled, OSType for TargetTriple will be
forced into Triple::ShaderModel. And new ToolChain HLSLToolChain will
be created when OSType is Triple::ShaderModel.

In HLSLToolChain, ComputeEffectiveClangTriple is overridden to call
tryParseProfile when targetProfile option is set.

To make test work, Fo option is added and .hlsl is added for active
-xhlsl.
