[Flang][OpenMP] Add frontend support for directives involving master (#113893)
Issue deprecation warning for these directives.
Lowering currently supports parallel master, for all other combined or
composite directives involving master, issue TODO errors.

Note: The first commit changes the formatting and generalizes the
deprecation message emission for reuse in the second commit. I can pull
it out into a separate commit if required.

[flang][OpenMP] Parse iterators, add to MAP clause, TODO for lowering (#113167)
Define `OmpIteratorSpecifier` and `OmpIteratorModifier` parser classes,
and add parsing for them. Those are reusable between any clauses that
use iterator modifiers.

Add support for iterator modifiers to the MAP clause up to lowering,
where a TODO message is emitted.

[flang][OpenMP] Parsing support for map type modifiers (#111860)

The new modifiers are not yet handled in lowering: when present, a TODO
message is emitted and compilation stops.

desired.

[flang] Fix parser crash (#105875)
The production for a bare file unit number in an I/O statement checks
that the scalar integer expression isn't followed by "=", in order to
disambiguate FLUSHN from FLUSHN=1, and to not treat a control specifier
keyword as an integer expression. The implementation of this check used
!"="_tok, which has the side effect of producing no error message; this
can lead to a parsing crash later when a failed parse of an erroneous
program is found to have produced no errors. Rewrite as a lookAhead call
for those characters that acually can follow a bare unit number.

[flang][parser] Better error recovery for SUBROUTINE/FUNCTION statements (#100664)
When there's an error in a SUBROUTINE or FUNCTION statement, errors
cascade quickly because the body of the subprogram or interface isn't in
the right context. So, if a SUBROUTINE or FUNCTION statement is
expected, and contains a SUBROUTINE or FUNCTION keyword, it counts as
one -- retain and emit any errors pertaining to the arguments or suffix,
recover to the end of the line if needed, and proceed.

[flang] Implement !DIR$ VECTOR ALWAYS (#93830)
This patch implements support for the VECTOR ALWAYS directive, which
forces
vectorization to occurr when possible regardless of a decision by the
cost
model. This is done by adding an attribute to the branch into the loop
in LLVM
to indicate that the loop should always be vectorized.

This patch only implements this directive on plan structured do loops
without labels. Support for unstructured loops and array
expressions is planned for future patches.

[flang] Improve error recovery in tricky situation (#95168)
When the very first statement of the executable part has syntax errors,
it's not at all obvious whether the error messages that are reported to
the user should be those from its failure to be the last statement of
the specification part or its failure to be the first executable
statement when both failures are at the same character in the cooked
character stream. Fortran makes this problem more exciting by allowing
statement function definitions look a lot like several executable
statements.

The current error recovery scheme for declaration constructs depends on
a look-ahead test to see whether the failed construct is actually the
first executable statement. This works fine when the first executable
statement is not in error, but should also allow for some error cases
that begin with the tokens of an executable statement.

This can obviously still go wrong for declaration constructs that are
unparseable and also have ambiguity in their leading tokens with
executable statements, but that seems to be a less likely case.

Also improves error recovery for parenthesized items.

[Flang][OpenMP] Accept the reduction modifier (#86492)
Accept the reduction modifier in the Flang parser. Issue a TODO message

OpenMP 5.0 introduced the reduction modifier. Details can be seen in

This will help remove some of the parser errors highlighted in the
following post and also bring it to a well defined behaviour (produce
TODO errors for unsupported features, do not crash).

[flang][OpenMP] Compile proper omp_lib.mod from the openmp/src/include sources (#80874)
This PR changes the build system to use use the sources for the module

corresponding LIT tests with a "REQUIRES" directive at the beginning of
the OpenMP test files.

[flang] Handle continuation line edge case (#74751)
For a character literal that is split over more than one source line
with free form line continuation using '&'
at the end of one line but missing the standard-required '&' on the
continuation line, also handle the case of spaces at the beginning of
the continuation line.

For example,

PRINT *, 'don'&
   't poke the bear'

now prints "don't poke the bear", like nearly all other Fortran
compilers do.

This is not strictly standard conforming behavior, and the compiler
emits a portability warning with -pedantic.

[flang] Ensure that portability warnings are conditional (#71857)
Before emitting a warning message, code should check that the usage in
question should be diagnosed by calling ShouldWarn(). A fair number of
sites in the code do not, and can emit portability warnings
unconditionally, which can confuse a user that hasn't asked for them
(-pedantic) and isn't terribly concerned about portability *to* other
compilers.

Add calls to ShouldWarn() or IsEnabled() around messages that need them,
and add -pedantic to tests that now require it to test their portability
messages, and add more expected message lines to those tests when
-pedantic causes other diagnostics to fire.

[flang] Portability warning and documentation for an obscure extension
A quotation mark can appear in a Fortran character literal by doubling
it; for example, PRINT *, "'""'" prints '"'. When those doubled
quotation marks are split by a free form line continuation, the
continuation line should have an ampersand before the second quotation
mark. But most compilers, including this one, allow the second
quotation mark to appear as the first character on the continuation
line, too.

So this works:

  print *, "'"&
"'"

but it really should be written as:

  print *, "'"&
&"'"

Emit a portability warning and document that we support this near-universal
extension.
