[lldb][NFCI] Unify DW_TAG -> string conversions (#90657)
The high level goal is to have 1 way of converting a DW_TAG value into a
human-readable string.

There are 3 ways this change accomplishes that:
1.) Changing DW_TAG_value_to_name to not create custom error strings.
  The way it was doing this is error-prone: Specifically, it was using a
  function-local static char buffer and handing out a pointer to it.
  Initialization of this is thread-safe, but mutating it is definitely
  not. Multiple threads that want to call this function could step on
  each others toes. The implementation in this patch sidesteps the issue
  by just returning a StringRef with no mention of the tag value in it.
2.) Changing all uses of DW_TAG_value_to_name to log the value of the
  tag since the function doesn't create a string with the value in it
  anymore.
3.) Removing `DWARFBaseDIE::GetTagAsCString()`. Callers should call
  DW_TAG_value_to_name on the tag directly.

1673a1ba5d
[LLDB][NFC] Create a namespace for the DWARF plugin (#68150)
As a followup of https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/67851, I'm
defining a new namespace `lldb_plugin::dwarf` for the classes in this
Plugins/SymbolFile/DWARF folder. This change is very NFC and helped me
with exporting the necessary symbols for my out-of-tree language plugin.
The only class that I didn't change is ClangDWARFASTParser, because that
shouldn't be in the same namespace as the generic language-agnostic
dwarf parser.
It would be a good idea if other plugins follow the same namespace
scheme.

c909b491cb [lldb][NFCI] Change return type of DWARFDebugInfoEntry::GetAttributes
The purpose of this method is to get the list of attributes of a
DebugInfoEntry. Prior to this change we were passing in a mutable
reference to a DWARFAttributes object and having the method fill it in
for us while returning the size of the filled out list. But
instead of doing that, we can just return a `DWARFAttributes` object
ourselves since every caller creates a new list before calling
GetAttributes.

2fe8327406 [lldb] Use std::optional instead of llvm::Optional (NFC)
This patch replaces (llvm::|)Optional< with std::optional<.  I'll post
a separate patch to clean up the "using" declarations, #include
"llvm/ADT/Optional.h", etc.

f190ce625a [lldb] Add #include <optional> (NFC)
This patch adds #include <optional> to those files containing
llvm::Optional<...> or Optional<...>.

I'll post a separate patch to actually replace llvm::Optional with
std::optional.

613336da8c Don't index the skeleton CU when we have a fission compile unit.
When fission is enabled, we were indexing the skeleton CU _and_ the .dwo CU. Issues arise when users enable compiler options that add extra data to the skeleton CU (like -fsplit-dwarf-inlining) and there can end up being types in the skeleton CU due to template parameters. We never want to index this information since the .dwo file has the real definition, and we really don't want function prototypes from this info since all parameters are removed. The index doesn't work correctly if it does index the skeleton CU as the DIE offset will assume it is from the .dwo file, so even if we do index the skeleton CU, the index entries will try and grab information from the .dwo file using the wrong DIE offset which can cause errors to be displayed or even worse, if the DIE offsets is valid in the .dwo CU, the wrong DIE will be used.

We also fix DWO ID detection to use llvm::Optional<uint64_t> to make sure we can load a .dwo file with a DWO ID of zero.

9494c510af [lldb] Use C++11 default member initializers
This converts a default constructor's member initializers into C++11
default member initializers. This patch was automatically generated with
clang-tidy and the modernize-use-default-member-init check.

This is a mass-refactoring patch and this commit will be added to
.git-blame-ignore-revs.

cdc514e4c6 [lldb] Update header guards to be consistent and compliant with LLVM (NFC)
LLDB has a few different styles of header guards and they're not very
consistent because things get moved around or copy/pasted. This patch
unifies the header guards across LLDB and converts everything to match
LLVM's style.

0e252e38ef [Symbol] Use llvm::Expected when getting TypeSystems
Summary:
This commit achieves the following:
- Functions used to return a `TypeSystem *` return an
  `llvm::Expected<TypeSystem *>` now. This means that the result of a call
  is always checked, forcing clients to move more carefully.
- `TypeSystemMap::GetTypeSystemForLanguage` will either return an Error or a
  non-null pointer to a TypeSystem.

5418d335e1 Fix -Wmismatched-tags introduced in r363910
That commit changed DIERef from a struct to a class, but did not update
the forward-declarations. This fixes one forward-declaration, and
removes other (unused) decls.

67b45acefe DWARF: Make DIERefs always valid
Summary:
This patch makes the DIERef class always valid by default constructor
and operator bool. This allows one to express the validity of a DIERef
in the type system. Places which are working with potentially-invalid
DIERefs have been updated to use Optional<DIERef> instead.

The constructor taking a DWARFFormValue was not needed, as all places
which were constructing a DIERef this way were immediately converting it
into a DWARFDIE or a user_id. This can be done without constructing an
intermediate DIERef.

ca9c3de17e DWARF: Share line tables of type units
Summary:
This patch creates a cache of file lists in line tables referenced by
type units.  This cache is used to avoid parsing a line table twice
(since a file list will generally be shared by many type units).

It also sets things up in a way that parsing of DW_AT_decl_file
attributes will keep working even when we stop creating lldb compile
units for dwarf type units, but it stops short of actually doing that.
This means that the request for files now go directly to SymbolFileDWARF
instead of being routed there indirectly via the
lldb_private::CompileUnit class.

As a result of this, a number of occurences of SymbolContext variables
in DWARFASTParserClang have become unused, so I remove them.

This patch reduces the number of times a file list is being parsed, but
the situation is still suboptimal, as the parsed list is being copied
multiple times. This will be fixed when we stop creating CompileUnits
for DWARF type units.

e8a039d62c Permit cross-CU references
So far dw_offset_t was global for the whole SymbolFileDWARF but with
.debug_types the same dw_offset_t may mean two different things depending on
its section (=CU). So references now return whole new referenced DWARFDIE
instead of just dw_offset_t.

This means that some functions have to now handle 16 bytes instead of 8 bytes
but I do not see that anywhere performance critical.

8b3af63b89 [NFC] Remove ASCII lines from comments
A lot of comments in LLDB are surrounded by an ASCII line to delimit the
begging and end of the comment.

Its use is not really consistent across the code base, sometimes the
lines are longer, sometimes they are shorter and sometimes they are
omitted. Furthermore, it looks kind of weird with the 80 column limit,
where the comment actually extends past the line, but not by much.
Furthermore, when /// is used for Doxygen comments, it looks
particularly odd. And when // is used, it incorrectly gives the
impression that it's actually a Doxygen comment.

I assume these lines were added to improve distinguishing between
comments and code. However, given that todays editors and IDEs do a
great job at highlighting comments, I think it's worth to drop this for
the sake of consistency. The alternative is fixing all the
inconsistencies, which would create a lot more churn.

611d1f98c5 Delete more dead code.
All of this is code that is unreferenced.  Removing as much of
this as possible makes it more easy to determine what functionality
is missing and/or shared between LLVM and LLDB's DWARF interfaces.

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

e522c97ef4 DWARFDIE split out to DWARFBaseDIE
This new DWARFBaseDIE is going to be used for DWARFUnit::GetUnitDIEOnly() as
other DIEs are unavailable that time so the caller should not have methods
available to access them.

This patch is only a mechanical split without any use of it.
