[AMDGPU,test] Change llc -march= to -mtriple= (#75982)
Similar to 806761a7629df268c8aed49657aeccffa6bca449.

For IR files without a target triple, -mtriple= specifies the full
target triple while -march= merely sets the architecture part of the
default target triple, leaving a target triple which may not make sense,
e.g. amdgpu-apple-darwin.

Therefore, -march= is error-prone and not recommended for tests without
a target triple. The issue has been benign as we recognize
$unknown-apple-darwin as ELF instead of rejecting it outrightly.

This patch changes AMDGPU tests to not rely on the default
OS/environment components. Tests that need fixes are not changed:

fb54afd1b7 AMDGPU: Fold fsub [+-0] into fneg when folding source modifiers
This isn't always folded to fneg for a freestanding fsub depending on
the denormal mode. When matching source modifiers, we're implicitly
canonicalizing the input so we can fold it here.

Doesn't bother handling the VOP3P case since it's only relevant with
DAZ, which nobody really uses with f16.

For f64, tests show an existing bug where DAGCombiner tries to respect
the denormal mode for fsub -0, x, but not after it's lowered to fadd
-0, (fneg x). Either the fold is wrong or we shouldn't restrict the
fsub case based on the denormal mode.

28d8889d27 AMDGPU: Teach fneg combines that select has source modifiers
We do match source modifiers for f32 typed selects already, but the
combiner code was never informed of this.

A long time ago the documentation lied and stated that source
modifiers don't work for v_cndmask_b32 when they in fact do. We had a
bunch fo code operating under the assumption that they don't support
source modifiers, so we tried to move fnegs around to work around
this.

Gets a few small improvements here and there. The main hazard to watch
out for is infinite loops in the combiner since we try to move fnegs
up and down the DAG. For now, don't fold fneg directly into select.
The generic combiner does this for a restricted set of cases
when getNegatedExpression obviously shows an improvement for both
operands. It turns out to be trickier to avoid infinite looping the
combiner in conjunction with pulling out source modifiers, so
leave this for a later commit.

92be640bd7 [FPEnv][AMDGPU] Disable FSUB(-0,X)->FNEG(X) DAGCombine when subnormals are flushed
This patch disables the FSUB(-0,X)->FNEG(X) DAG combine when we're flushing subnormals. It requires updating the existing AMDGPU tests to use the fneg IR instruction, in place of the old fsub(-0,X) canonical form, since AMDGPU is the only backend currently checking the DenormalMode flags.

Note that this will require follow-up optimizations to make sure the FSUB(-0,X) form is handled appropriately

62fd7f767c [MachineScheduler] Fix the TopDepth/BotHeightReduce latency heuristics
tryLatency compares two sched candidates. For the top zone it prefers
the one with lesser depth, but only if that depth is greater than the
total latency of the instructions we've already scheduled -- otherwise
its latency would be hidden and there would be no stall.

Unfortunately it only tests the depth of one of the candidates. This can
lead to situations where the TopDepthReduce heuristic does not kick in,
but a lower priority heuristic chooses the other candidate, whose depth
*is* greater than the already scheduled latency, which causes a stall.

The fix is to apply the heuristic if the depth of *either* candidate is
greater than the already scheduled latency.

All this also applies to the BotHeightReduce heuristic in the bottom
zone.

0f116fd9d8 [AMDGPU] Fix infinite loop with fma combines
https://reviews.llvm.org/D72312 introduced an infinite loop which involves
DAGCombiner::visitFMA and AMDGPUTargetLowering::performFNegCombine.

fma( a, fneg(b), fneg(c) ) => fneg( fma (a, b, c) ) => fma( a, fneg(b), fneg(c) ) ...

This only breaks with types where 'isFNegFree' returns flase, e.g. v4f32.
Reproducing the issue also needs the attribute 'no-signed-zeros-fp-math',
and no source mods allowed on one of the users of the Op.

This fix makes changes to indicate that it is not free to negate a fma if it
has users with source mods.

2531535984 AMDGPU: Implement FDIV optimizations in AMDGPUCodeGenPrepare
Summary:
      RCP has the accuracy limit. If FDIV fpmath require high accuracy rcp may not
    meet the requirement. However, in DAG lowering, fpmath information gets lost,
    and thus we may generate either inaccurate rcp related computation or slow code
    for fdiv.

    In patch implements fdiv optimizations in the AMDGPUCodeGenPrepare, which could
    exactly know !fpmath.

     FastUnsafeRcpLegal: We determine whether it is legal to use rcp based on
                         unsafe-fp-math, fast math flags, denormals and fpmath
                         accuracy request.

     RCP Optimizations:
       1/x -> rcp(x) when fast unsafe rcp is legal or fpmath >= 2.5ULP with
                                                      denormals flushed.
       a/b -> a*rcp(b) when fast unsafe rcp is legal.

     Use fdiv.fast:
       a/b -> fdiv.fast(a, b) when RCP optimization is not performed and
                              fpmath >= 2.5ULP with denormals flushed.

       1/x -> fdiv.fast(1,x) when RCP optimization is not performed and
                              fpmath >= 2.5ULP with denormals.

b516f1afdd [DAGCombiner] cancel fnegs from multiplied operands of FMA
(-X) * (-Y) + Z --> X * Y + Z

This is a missing optimization that shows up as a potential regression in D66050,
so we should solve it first. We appear to be partly missing this fold in IR as well.

We do handle the simpler case already:
(-X) * (-Y) --> X * Y

And it might be beneficial to make the constraint less conservative (eg, if both
operands are cheap, but not necessarily cheaper), but that causes infinite looping
for the existing fmul transform.
