aca5f9aeea [CostModel][X86] getMemoryOpCost - increase cost of sub-32-bit vector load/stores
For 8-bit/16-bit vector loads/stores we scalarize and transfer to/from the vector unit, or use the (usually slow) PINSR/PEXTR instructions.

Revert ScalarizationOverheadBuilder sequence from D134605 - when accumulating extraction costs by Type (instead of specific Value), we are not distinguishing enough when they are coming from the same source or not, and we always just count the cost once. This needs addressing before we can use getScalarizationOverhead properly.

1b7089fe67 [SLP] Add ScalarizationOverheadBuilder helper to track vector extractions
Instead of accumulating all extraction costs separately and then adjusting for repeated subvector extractions, this patch collects all the extractions and then converts to calls to getScalarizationOverhead to improve the accuracy of the costs.

I'm not entirely satisfied with the getExtractWithExtendCost handling yet - this still just adds all the getExtractWithExtendCost costs together - it really needs to be replaced with a "getScalarizationOverheadWithExtend", but that will require further refactoring first.

This replaces my initial attempt in D124769.

982d9ef1c1 [SLP]Fix PR55734: SLP vectorizer's reduce_and formation introduces poison.
Need either follow the original order of the operands for bool logical
ops, or emit freeze instruction to avoid poison propagation.

7d8060bc19 [SLP]Improve reductions vectorization.
The pattern matching and vectgorization for reductions was not very
effective. Some of of the possible reduction values were marked as
external arguments, SLP could not find some reduction patterns because
of too early attempt to vectorize pair of binops arguments, the cost of
consts reductions was not correct. Patch addresses these issues and
improves the analysis/cost estimation and vectorization of the
reductions.

644.nab_s and 544.nab_r - reduced number of shuffles but increased number
of useful vectorized instructions.

641.leela_s and 541.leela_r - the function
`@_ZN9FastBoard25get_pattern3_augment_specEiib` is not inlined anymore
but its body gets vectorized successfully. Before, the function was
inlined twice and vectorized just after inlining, currently it is not
required. The vector code looks pretty similar, just like as it was before.
