- add decorators @expectedFailLinux and @skipOnLinux

24086bc93b Second batch of adding @dsym_test/@dwarf_test decorators to existing test cases. 
Plus some minor cleanup of test method names.
Third and final batch is coming.

5e60e3904c Add test cases exercising SBValue.GetObjectDescription() with the SBValue from SBTarget.FindGlobalVariables() 
as well as from SBFrame.GetVariables().  Both scenarios are expected to work.
