c1702c8f22 Enhance the memdep interface so that users can tell the difference between a dependency which cannot be calculated and a path reaching the entry point of the function. This patch introduces isNonFuncLocal, which replaces isUnknown in some cases.

a45c20b049 Remove the old tail duplication pass. It is not used and is unable to update 
ssa, so it has to be run really early in the pipeline. Any replacement
should probably use the SSAUpdater.

02e737b08e Move "atomic" and "volatile" designations on instructions after the opcode 
of the instruction.

Note that this change affects the existing non-atomic load and store
instructions; the parser now accepts both forms, and the change is noted
in the release notes.
