Kazu Hirata	228f66807d	[llvm] Remove unused includes (NFC) (#142733 ) These are identified by misc-include-cleaner. I've filtered out those that break builds. Also, I'm staying away from llvm-config.h, config.h, and Compiler.h, which likely cause platform- or compiler-specific build failures.	2025-06-04 12:30:52 -07:00
Abhina Sree	a9ee8e4a45	Create a EncodingConverter class with both iconv and icu support. (#138893 ) This patch adds a wrapper class called EncodingConverter for ConverterEBCDIC. This class is then extended to support the ICU library or iconv library. The ICU library currently takes priority over the iconv library.
