[CodeGen] Remove ExpandInlineAsm hook (#156617)
This hook replaces inline asm with LLVM intrinsics. It was intended to
match inline assembly implementations of bswap in libc headers and
replace them more optimizable implementations.

At this point, it has outlived its usefulness (see
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/156571#issuecomment-3247638412),
as libc implementations no longer use inline assembly for this purpose.

Additionally, it breaks the "black box" property of inline assembly,
which some languages like Rust would like to guarantee.

[ARM] Use t2LDRLIT_ga_pcrel for loading stack guards with no-movt in PIC mode. (#156208)
When using no-movt we don't use the pcrel version of the literal load.
This change also unifies logic with the ARM version of this function as
well,

[ARM] Set isCheapToSpeculateCtlz as true for hasV5TOps and no Thumb 1 (#154848)
This is so that we don't expand to include unneeded 0 checks.

Also fix the logic error in LegalizerInfo so it is NOT legal on Thumb1
in Fast-ISEL.

Finally, Remove the README entry regarding this issue.

[SimplifyCFG] Avoid threading for loop headers (#151142)
Updates SimplifyCFG to avoid jump threading through loop headers if
-keep-loops is requested. Canonical loop form requires a loop header
that dominates all blocks in the loop. If we thread through a header, we
risk breaking its domination of the loop. This change avoids this issue
by conservatively avoiding threading through headers entirely.

[MIR] Remove std::variant from multiple save/restore point handling [nfc] (#153226)
In review of bbde6b, I had originally proposed that we support the
legacy text format. As review evolved, it bacame clear this had been a
bad idea (too much complexity), but in order to let that patch finally
move forward, I approved the change with the variant. This change undoes
the variant, and updates all the tests to just use the array form.

[Test] Add and update tests for lrint/llrint (NFC) (#152662)
Many backends are missing either all tests for lrint, or specifically
those for f16, which currently crashes for `softPromoteHalf` targets.
For a number of popular backends, do the following:

* Ensure f16, f32, f64, and f128 are all covered
* Ensure both a 32- and 64-bit target are tested, if relevant
* Add `nounwind` to clean up CFI output
* Add a test covering the above if one did not exist
* Always specify the integer type in intrinsic calls

There are quite a few FIXMEs here, especially for `f16`, but much of
this will be resolved in the near future.

[GISel] Introduce MIFlags::InBounds (#150900)
This flag applies to G_PTR_ADD instructions and indicates that the operation
implements an inbounds getelementptr operation, i.e., the pointer operand is in
bounds wrt. the allocated object it is based on, and the arithmetic does not
change that.

It is set when the IRTranslator lowers inbounds GEPs (currently only in some
cases, to be extended with a future PR), and in the
(build|materialize)ObjectPtrOffset functions.

Inbounds information is useful in ISel when we have instructions that perform
address computations whose intermediate steps must be in the same memory region
as the final result. A follow-up patch will start using it for AMDGPU's flat
memory instructions, where the immediate offset must not affect the memory
aperture of the address.

This is analogous to a concurrent effort in SDAG: #131862
(related: #140017, #141725).

[GISel] Introduce MachineIRBuilder::(build|materialize)ObjectPtrOffset (#150392)
These functions are for building G_PTR_ADDs when we know that the base
pointer and the result are both valid pointers into (or just after) the
same object. They are similar to SelectionDAG::getObjectPtrOffset.

This PR also changes call sites of the generic (build|materialize)PtrAdd
functions that implement pointer arithmetic to split large memory
accesses to the new functions. Since memory accesses have to fit into an
object in memory, pointer arithmetic to an offset into a large memory
access also yields an address in that object.

Currently, these (build|materialize)ObjectPtrOffset functions only add
"nuw" to the generated G_PTR_ADD, but I intend to introduce an
"inbounds" MIFlag in a later PR (analogous to a concurrent effort in
SDAG: #131862, related: #140017, #141725) that will also be set in the
(build|materialize)ObjectPtrOffset functions.

Most test changes just add "nuw" to G_PTR_ADDs. Exceptions are AMDGPU's
call-outgoing-stack-args.ll, flat-scratch.ll, and freeze.ll tests, where
offsets are now folded into scratch instructions, and cases where the
behavior of the check regeneration script changed, resulting, e.g., in
better checks for "nusw G_PTR_ADD" instructions, matched empty lines,
and the use of "CHECK-NEXT" in MIPS tests.

[CodeGen][ARM] Bug fix InsertStackProtectors with EH_SJ_LJ (#147411)
when exception handling with setjmp/longjmp (exception-mode=eh_sjlj is
enabled,
eh_sjlj_callsite intrinsic is inserted in same basic block as the
throwing/exception instruction. This fix ensures stack protector
insertion code does not split the block and move these apart into
different basic blocks.

At the moment the following piece of code causes undefined behavior:

This happens because variable and register types are incompatible.

RuntimeLibcalls: Add some tests for OpenBSD stack protectors (#147888)
7dce16f69dc3e26cb74d5ad38b0648a6f47f9640 removed a libcall for
STACKPROTECTOR_CHECK_FAIL from OpenBSD but added no tests.

Add a basic test copied from RISCV into all the backends on
the OpenBSD page of supported architectures before I potentially
break in in RuntimeLibcalls refactoring.

AArch64: Fix some missing llvm.frexp test coverage (#146691)
AArch64 was testing a couple of vector cases, and not the base
scalars. Add the one case that isn't in the ARM version there, and
then copy the rest back into AArch64. Also add a windows run line.

[DAG] Refactor X86 combineVSelectWithAllOnesOrZeros fold into a generic DAG Combine (#145298)
This PR resolves https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/144513

The modification include five pattern :
1.vselect Cond, 0, 0 → 0
2.vselect Cond, -1, 0 → bitcast Cond
3.vselect Cond, -1, x → or Cond, x
4.vselect Cond, x, 0 → and Cond, x
5.vselect Cond, 000..., X -> andn Cond, X

1-4 have been migrated to DAGCombine. 5 still in x86 code.

The reason is that you cannot use the andn instruction directly in
DAGCombine, you can only use and+xor, which will introduce optimization
order issues. For example, in the x86 backend, select Cond, 0, x →
(~Cond) & x, the backend will first check whether the cond node of
(~Cond) is a setcc node. If so, it will modify the comparison operator
of the condition.So the x86 backend cannot complete the optimization of
andn.In short, I think it is a better choice to keep the pattern of
vselect Cond, 000..., X instead of and+xor in combineDAG.

For commit, the first is code changes and x86 test(note 1), the second
is tests in other backend(node 2).

[PHIElimination] Reuse existing COPY in predecessor basic block (#131837)
The insertion point of COPY isn't always optimal and could eventually
lead to a worse block layout, see the regression test in the first
commit.

This change affects many architectures but the amount of total
instructions in the test cases seems too be slightly lower.

[ARM] Add neon vector support for floor (#142559)
This marks ffloor as legal providing that armv8 and neon is present (or
fullfp16 for the fp16 instructions). The existing arm_neon_vrintm
intrinsics are auto-upgraded to llvm.floor.

If this is OK I will update the other vrint intrinsics.
