3c36de55f5 GlobalISel: Try to fold G_SEXT_INREG to G_AND with mask
Copies the same transform from the DAG. Helps eliminate some codegen
diffs to allowed shared checks in a future change.

Not sure if apply supports anything better than C++ fragments for
the result. It's also not really reasonable that every combine has
to set the default insertion point.

841a0edd03 ConstantFolding: Constant fold some canonicalizes
+/-0 is obviously foldable. Other non-special, non-subnormal
values are also probably OK. For denormal values, check
the calling function's denormal mode. For now, don't fold
denormals to the input for IEEE mode because as far as I know
the langref is still pretending LLVM's float isn't IEEE.

Also folds undef to 0, although NaN may make more sense. Skips
folding nans and infinities, although it should be OK to fold those
in a future change.

0f3e72e86c AMDGPU/GlobalISel: Fix crash after mad/fma_mix fails selection
When selectVOP3PMadMixModsImpl fails, it can still create new copy instr
via selectVOP3ModsImpl. When selectG_FMA_FMAD gives up, new copy instr
will remain dead but will not be automatically removed.
InstructionSelect does not check if instructions created during selection
are dead.
Such dead copy doesn't have register class on dst operand and causes crash.
Fix is to build copy when operands are being added to selected instruction.

so invert the loop and if condition.

96a661de4b [GlobalISel] Better verification of G_UNMERGE_VALUES
Verify three cases of G_UNMERGE_VALUES separately:

1. Splitting a vector into subvectors (the converse of
   G_CONCAT_VECTORS).
2. Splitting a vector into its elements (the converse of
   G_BUILD_VECTOR).
3. Splitting a scalar into smaller scalars (the converse of
   G_MERGE_VALUES).

Previously #1 allowed strange combinations like this:
  %1:_(<2 x s16>),%2:_(<2 x s16>) = G_UNMERGE_VALUES %0(<2 x s32>)
This has been tightened up to check that the source and destination
element types match, and some MIR test cases updated accordingly.

2652db4d68 Handling ADD|SUB U64 decomposed Pseudos not getting lowered to SDWA form
This patch fixes some of the V_ADD/SUB_U64_PSEUDO not getting converted to their sdwa form.
We still get below patterns in generated code:
v_and_b32_e32 v0, 0xff, v0
v_add_co_u32_e32 v0, vcc, v1, v0
v_addc_co_u32_e64 v1, s[0:1], 0, 0, vcc

and,
v_and_b32_e32 v2, 0xff, v2
v_add_co_u32_e32 v0, vcc, v0, v2
v_addc_co_u32_e32 v1, vcc, 0, v1, vcc

1st and 2nd instructions of both above examples should have been folded into sdwa add with BYTE_0 src operand.

The reason being the pseudo instruction is broken down into VOP3 instruction pair of V_ADD_CO_U32_e64 and V_ADDC_U32_e64.
The sdwa pass attempts lowering them to their VOP2 form before converting them into sdwa instructions. However V_ADDC_U32_e64
cannot be shrunk to it's VOP2 form if it has non-reg src1 operand.
This change attempts to fix that problem by only shrinking V_ADD_CO_U32_e64 instruction.

11e86868c1 [MachineCSE] Allow CSE for instructions with ignorable operands
Ignorable operands don't impact instruction's behavior, we can safely do CSE on
the instruction.

It is split from D130919. It has big impact to some AMDGPU test cases.
For example in atomic_optimizations_raw_buffer.ll, when trying to check if the
following instruction can be CSEed

  %37:vgpr_32 = V_MOV_B32_e32 0, implicit $exec

Function isCallerPreservedOrConstPhysReg is called on operand "implicit $exec",
this function is implemented as

  -  return TRI.isCallerPreservedPhysReg(Reg, MF) ||
  +  return TRI.isCallerPreservedPhysReg(Reg, MF) || TII.isIgnorableUse(MO) ||
            (MRI.reservedRegsFrozen() && MRI.isConstantPhysReg(Reg));

Both TRI.isCallerPreservedPhysReg and MRI.isConstantPhysReg return false on this
operand, so isCallerPreservedOrConstPhysReg is also false, it causes LLVM failed
to CSE this instruction.

With this patch TII.isIgnorableUse returns true for the operand $exec, so
isCallerPreservedOrConstPhysReg also returns true, it causes this instruction to
be CSEed with previous instruction

  %14:vgpr_32 = V_MOV_B32_e32 0, implicit $exec

So I got different result from here. AMDGPU's implementation of isIgnorableUse
is

  bool SIInstrInfo::isIgnorableUse(const MachineOperand &MO) const {
    // Any implicit use of exec by VALU is not a real register read.
    return MO.getReg() == AMDGPU::EXEC && MO.isImplicit() &&
           isVALU(*MO.getParent()) && !resultDependsOnExec(*MO.getParent());
  }

Since the operand $exec is not a real register read, my understanding is it's
reasonable to do CSE on such instructions.

Because more instructions are CSEed, so I get less instructions generated for
these tests.

1c9a93ae3a [GlobalIsel][AMDGPU] Changing legalize rule for G_{UADDO|UADDE|USUBO|USUBE|SADDE|SSUBE}
Generic add and sub with carry are now legalized in a way to explicitly calculate carry/borrow output. i.e
%6:_(s64), %7:_(s1) = G_UADDO %0, %1
becomes,
%13:_(s32), %14:_(s1) = G_UADDO %2, %4
%15:_(s32), %16:_(s1) = G_UADDE %3, %5, %14
%6:_(s64) = G_MERGE_VALUES %13(s32), %15(s32)
%7:_(s1) = G_ICMP intpred(ult), %6(s64), %1

Here G_MERGE and G_ICMP instructions are redundant for recalculating carry output. (Similar case for sub with borrow)
This change fix this.
