Matt Arsenault	a3c814d234	Separately track input and output denormal mode AMDGPU and x86 at least both have separate controls for whether denormal results are flushed on output, and for whether denormals are implicitly treated as 0 as an input. Sjoerd Meijer	0a8d4216ad	This adds new options -fdenormal-fp-math and passes through option -ffast-math to CC1, which are translated to function attributes and can e.g. be mapped on build attributes FP_exceptions and FP_denormal.
