b159906a9a [test] Change llvm-readobj -long-option to --long-option or well-known short options. NFC 
Also change some options that have different semantics (cause confusion) in llvm-readelf mode:

-s => -S
-t => --symbols
-sd => --section-data

7c3ff2eb58 Only process commands in a ONLY_IF_RO if it matches. 
This matches bfd behavior. It also makes future changes simpler as we
don't have to worry about ignoring these commands in multiple places
