[FPEnv] Don't transform FSUB(-0,X)->FNEG(X) in SelectionDAGBuilder.
...
This patch stops unconditionally transforming FSUB(-0,X) into an FNEG(X) while building the DAG. There is also one small change to handle the new FSUB(-0,X) similarly to FNEG(X) in the AMDGPU backend.

Summary:
llc reports `fp32-denormals` is not recognized. I guess it was intended to be
`-denormal-fp-math-f32={preserve-sign|ieee} -mattr=+mad-mac-f32-insts`

AMDGPU: Allow SIShrinkInstructions to work in non-SSA

Immediates can be folded as long as the immediate is a vreg.
Also undo commuting instructions if it didn't fold an immediate.

AMDGPU: Mark all unspecified CC functions in tests as amdgpu_kernel
...
Currently the default C calling convention functions are treated
the same as compute kernels. Make this explicit so the default
calling convention can be changed to a non-kernel.
Converted with perl -pi -e 's/define void/define amdgpu_kernel void/'
on the relevant test directories (and undoing in one place that actually
wanted a non-kernel).

AMDGPU: Swap order of operands in fadd/fsub combine

FMA is canonicalized to constant in the middle operand. Do
the same so fmad matches and avoid an extra combine step.
