d36812892c [GVN] do not repeat PRE on failure to split critical edge
Fixes an infinite loop encountered in GVN.

GVN will delay PRE if it encounters critical edges, attempt to split
them later via calls to SplitCriticalEdge(), then restart.

The caller of GVN::splitCriticalEdges() assumed a return value of true
meant that critical edges were split, that the IR had changed, and that
PRE should be re-attempted, upon which we loop infinitely.

This was exposed after D88438, by compiling the Linux kernel for s390,
but the test case is reproducible on x86.

700cf7dcc9 [VNCoercion] Disallow coercion between different ni addrspaces
I'm not sure if it would be legal by the IR reference to introduce
an addrspacecast here, since the IR reference is a bit vague on
the exact semantics, but at least for our usage of it (and I
suspect for many other's usage) it is not. For us, addrspacecasts
between non-integral address spaces carry frontend information that the
optimizer cannot deduce afterwards in a generic way (though we
have frontend specific passes in our pipline that do propagate
these). In any case, I'm sure nobody is using it this way at
the moment, since it would have introduced inttoptrs, which
are definitely illegal.

1860331932 [MemCpyOpt] Correctly merge alias scopes during call slot optimization
When MemCpyOpt performs call slot optimization it will concatenate the `alias.scope` metadata between the function call and the memcpy. However, scoped AA relies on the domains in metadata to be maintained in a caller-callee relationship. Naive concatenation breaks this assumption leading to bad AA results.

The fix is to take the intersection of domains then union the scopes within those domains.

The original bug came from a case of rust bad codegen which uses this bad aliasing to perform additional memcpy optimizations. As show in the added test case `%src` got forwarded past its lifetime leading to a dereference of garbage data.

looking at the access list might be more future proof.

f29645e7af [gvn] Handle a corner case w/vectors of non-integral pointers
If we try to coerce a vector of non-integral pointers to a narrower type (either narrower vector or single pointer), we use inttoptr and violate the semantics of non-integral pointers. In theory, we can handle many of these cases, we just need to use a different code idiom to convert without going through inttoptr and back.

This shows up as wrong code bugs, and in some cases, crashes due to failed asserts. Modeled after a change which has lived downstream for a couple years, though completely rewritten to be more idiomatic.

The 1st try was reverted because I missed an assert that

As discussed in D86798 / rG09652721 , we were potentially

[GVN] Rewrite IsValueFullyAvailableInBlock(): no recursion, less false-negatives
While this doesn't appear to help with the perf issue being exposed by
D84108, the function as-is is very weird, convoluted, and what's worse,
recursive.

There was no need for `SpeculativelyAvaliableAndUsedForSpeculation`,
tri-state choice is enough. We don't even ever check for that state.

The basic idea here is that we need to perform a depth-first traversal
of the predecessors of the basic block in question, either finding a
preexisting state for the block in a map, or inserting a "placeholder"
`SpeculativelyAvaliable`,

If we encounter an `Unavaliable` block, then we need to give up search,
and back-propagate the `Unavaliable` state to the each successor of
said block, more specifically to the each `SpeculativelyAvaliable`
we've just created.

However, if we have traversed entirety of the predecessors and have not
encountered an `Unavaliable` block, then it must mean the value is fully
available. We could update each inserted `SpeculativelyAvaliable` into
a `Avaliable`, but we don't need to, as assertion excersizes,
because we can assume that if we see an `SpeculativelyAvaliable` entry,
it is actually `Avaliable`, because during the time we've produced it,
if we would have found that it has an `Unavaliable` predecessor,
we would have updated it's successors, including this block,
into `Unavaliable`

2c7a07b59d [GVN] teach ConstantFolding correct handling of non-integral addrspace casts
Here we teach the ConstantFolding analysis pass that it is not legal to

non-integral addrspace).

But also teach it that certain bit patterns are always known and
convertable (a fact it already uses elsewhere). This required us to also
fix a globalopt test, since, after this change, LLVM is able to realize
that the test actually is a valid transform (NULL is always a known
bit-pattern) and so it doesn't need to emit the failure remarks for it.

Also simplify some of the negative tests for transforms by avoiding a
type change in their bitcast, and add positive versions of the same
tests, to show that they otherwise should work.
