cee313d288 Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."" 
The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

920677a997 Fix an obvious bug in SampleProfileReaderGCC. 
Summary: The CallTargetProfile should be added to FProfile to be consistent with other profile readers.
