[mlir][spirv] Fix spirv.Select min version requirement (#72173)
Per the spec, "Before version 1.4, results are only computed per

[mlir][bytecode] Add bytecode writer config API to skip serialization of resources (#71991)
When serializing to bytecode, users can select the option to elide
resources from the bytecode file. This will instruct the bytecode writer
to serialize only the key and resource kind, while skipping
serialization of the data buffer. At parsing, the IR is built in memory
with valid (but empty) resource handlers.

[mlir][tensor] Document dest operand (#71726)
Based on the tips from @ubfx and @joker-eph in
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/70030, this patch suggest to
introduce the `dest` operand in the `tensor` dialect description. To do
so, this patch also suggests to move some things around to make it more
clear how the paragraphs relate to each other.

[mlir][vector] Root the transfer write distribution pattern on the warp op (#71868)
Currently when there is a mix of transfer read ops and transfer write
ops that need to be distributed, because the pattern for write
distribution is rooted on the transfer write, it is hard to guarantee
that the write gets distributed after the read when the two aren't
directly connected by SSA. This is likely still relatively unsafe when
there are undistributable ops, but structurally these patterns are a bit
difficult to work with. For now pattern benefits give fairly good
guarantees for happy paths.

[mlir][tensor] Fold when source is const (#71643)
Fixes https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/60656.

This patch implements a basic fold for various reshape/resize tensor
operations. Specifically, the folding removes tensor reshape/resize ops
when they are applied to a constant tensor. For example, the following
function:

```mlir
func.func @main(%dest : tensor<8x16x8x32xf32>) -> tensor<8x16x8x32xf32> {
  %cst = arith.constant dense<1.000000e-01> : tensor<64x128xf32>
  %0 = tensor.pack %cst outer_dims_perm = [1, 0] inner_dims_pos = [0, 1]
    inner_tiles = [8, 32] into %dest : tensor<64x128xf32> -> tensor<8x16x8x32xf32>
  return %0 : tensor<8x16x8x32xf32>
}
```
will be changed into the following with `mlir-opt -canonicalize`:
```mlir
func.func @main(%arg0: tensor<8x16x8x32xf32>) -> tensor<8x16x8x32xf32> {
  %cst = arith.constant dense<1.000000e-01> : tensor<8x16x8x32xf32>
  return %cst : tensor<8x16x8x32xf32>
}
```

As a side-note, this patch is essentially an extension of

[mlir][python] value casting (#69644)
This PR adds "value casting", i.e., a mechanism to wrap `ir.Value` in a
proxy class that overloads dunders such as `__add__`, `__sub__`, and
`__mul__` for fun and great profit.

This is thematically similar to
bfb1ba7526
and
9566ee2806.
The example in the test demonstrates the value of the feature (no pun
intended):

```python
    @register_value_caster(F16Type.static_typeid)
    @register_value_caster(F32Type.static_typeid)
    @register_value_caster(F64Type.static_typeid)
    @register_value_caster(IntegerType.static_typeid)
    class ArithValue(Value):
        __add__ = partialmethod(_binary_op, op="add")
        __sub__ = partialmethod(_binary_op, op="sub")
        __mul__ = partialmethod(_binary_op, op="mul")
    a = arith.constant(value=FloatAttr.get(f16_t, 42.42))
    b = a + a
    # CHECK: ArithValue(%0 = arith.addf %cst, %cst : f16)
    print(b)
    a = arith.constant(value=FloatAttr.get(f32_t, 42.42))
    b = a - a
    # CHECK: ArithValue(%1 = arith.subf %cst_0, %cst_0 : f32)
    print(b)
    a = arith.constant(value=FloatAttr.get(f64_t, 42.42))
    b = a * a
    # CHECK: ArithValue(%2 = arith.mulf %cst_1, %cst_1 : f64)
    print(b)
```

**EDIT**: this now goes through the bindings and thus supports automatic
casting of `OpResult` (including as an element of `OpResultList`),
`BlockArgument` (including as an element of `BlockArgumentList`), as
well as `Value`.

[MLIR] Add support for calling conventions to LLVM::CallOp and LLVM::InvokeOp (#71319)
Despite the fact that the LLVM dialect’s `FuncOp` already supports
calling conventions, there was yet no support for them in the ops that
actually perform function calls, which led to incorrect LLVM IR being
generated if one actually tried setting a `FuncOp`’s calling convention
to anything other than `ccc`.

This commit adds support for calling conventions to `LLVM::CallOp` and
`LLVM::InvokeOp` and makes sure that calling conventions are parsed,
printed, and lowered appropriately.

- Changing the ` LLVMPointerType`
- Removing remaining usages of the builders and the now removed element

- Fixing assembly formats that require fully qualified pointer types
- Updating ODS pointer constraints

fbaf2c6cf7 [OpenMP][Flang] Add "IsolatedFromAbove" trait to omp.target
This patch adds the PFT lowering changes required for adding the IsolatedFromAbove trait to omp.target.

Key Changes:
	- Add IsolatedFromAbove trait to target op in MLIR.
	- Main reason for this change is to prevent CSE and other similar optimisations from crossing region boundaries for target operations. The link below has the discourse discussion surrounding this issue.
	- Move implicit operand capturing to the PFT lowering stage.
	- Implicit operands are first added as implicitly captured map_operands with their map_types set accordingly to indicate this. Later, all map_operands including implicit ones are added as block arguments.
	- Remove `implicit` attribute from the `MapInfoOp`. This information is already captured by the `map_type`.
	- The custom printer and parser for the map_types have been updated to show the `implicit` and `literal` map_types.
	- Update related tests.
	- This fixes #63555.
	- This fixes #70488.

[mlir] Prepare convert-gpu-to-spirv for OpenCL support (#69941)
This includes a couple of changes to pass behavior for OpenCL kernels.
Vulkan shaders are not impacted by the changes.

1. SPIR-V module is placed inside GPU module. This change is required for
gpu-module-to-binary to work correctly as it expects kernel function to
be inside the GPU module.
2. A dummy func.func with same kernel name as gpu.func is created. GPU
compilation pipeline defers lowering of gpu launch kernel op. Since
spirv.func is not directly tied to gpu launch kernel, a dummy func.func
is required to avoid legalization issues.
3. Use correct mapping when mapping MemRef memory space to SPIR-V
storage class for OpenCL kernels.
