The undefined symbol message suggests the source line when line number
information is available (see https://reviews.llvm.org/D31481).
When the undefined symbol is from a global variable, we won't get the
line information.

This patch utilizes `getEnclosingSymbol` to locate `var` and find
DW_TAG_variable for `var`:
```
ld.lld: error: undefined symbol: undef
>>> referenced by undef-debug2.cc:3 (/tmp/c/undef-debug2.cc:3)
>>> undef-debug2.o:(ns::var)
```
Currently lld just parses the .debug_line section assuming that there
is only one compile unit. That assumption is false (PR36793).
I have a patch that changes lld to iterate over the compile units and
parse the portions of the .debug_line they point to (which fixes
PR36793).
A problem is that we will then need a compiler unit pointing to
.debug_line for lld to see it.
It seems like bfd has the same restriction.
This patch updates existing tests to add a minimal compile unit so
that they still work with PR36793 fixed.

Currently LLD prints basename of source file name in error messages,
for example:
$ mkdir foo
$ echo 'void _start(void) { foobar(); }' > foo/bar.c
$ gcc -g -c foo/bar.c
$ bin/ld.lld -o out bar.o
bin/ld.lld: error: bar.c:1: undefined symbol 'foobar'
$
This should say:
bin/ld.lld: error: foo/bar.c:1: undefined symbol 'foobar'
