a79a28b7a8 Sort the #include lines for the include/... tree with the script. 
AKA: Recompile *ALL* the source code!

This one went much better. No manual edits here. I spot-checked for
silliness and grep-checked for really broken edits and everything seemed
good. It all still compiles. Yell if you see something that looks goofy.

d6d9ccca38 Temporarily revert the TargetTransform changes. 
The TargetTransform changes are breaking LTO bootstraps of clang.  I am
working with Nadav to figure out the problem, but I am reverting it for now
to get our buildbots working.

This reverts svn commits: 165665 165669 165670 165786 165787 165997
and I have also reverted clang svn 165741
