[AArch64] Change the default vscale-for-tuning to 1. (#117174)
Most AArch64 cpus outside of Neoverse V1 (256) and A64FX (512) have an
SVE vector length of 128, and in environments like Android (where no
mcpu option is common) we would expect all cpus to match. This patch
changes the default vector length to 128 with -mcpu=generic, to match
the most common case.

[LLVM][IR] Use splat syntax when printing ConstantExpr based splats. (#116856)
This brings the printing of scalable vector constant splats inline with
their fixed length counterparts.

[AArch64][Test] Update test variable names (NFC) (#110667)
Simply by running update_test_checks.py with no changes. This is to make
updating these tests for later changes easier.

[LAA] Don't assume libcalls with output/input pointers can be vectorized (#108980)
LoopAccessAnalysis currently does not check/track aliasing from the
output pointers, but assumes vectorizing library calls with a mapping is
safe.

This can result in incorrect codegen if something like the following is
vectorized:

```
for(int i=0; i<N; i++) {
  // No aliasing between input and output pointers detected.
  sincos(cos_out[0], sin_out+i, cos_out+i);
}
```

Where for VF >= 2 `cos_out[1]` to `cos_out[VF-1]` is the cosine of the
original value of `cos_out[0]` not the updated value.

[AArch64][TLI] Add TLI mappings for ArmPL modf, sincos, sincospi (#83143)
ArmPL 24.04 release fixes a bug concerning these methods,
so now they can be re-introduced to TLI mappings.

[TLI][AArch64] Adjust TLI mappings to vector functions taking linear pointers (#80296)
The masked symbols in SLEEF are incorrectly implemented as calls to non
masked variants, what only works fine for functions which do not modify
memory.
For vector variants which modify memory we can only use a non masked
symbols for now.
The SVE ArmPL mappings need to be removed for now as well.

[TLI] Add missing ArmPL mappings (#78474)
Adds TLI mappings for fixed and scalable vector variants of cospi(f),
fmax(f), ilogb(f) and ldexp(f).

[TLI][AArch64] Add extra SLEEF mappings and tests (#78140)
This patch is adding more scalar to vector mappings to the TLI
for the SLEEF vector library.
The added mappings are for the following functions:

 acosh, asinh, cbrt, copysign, cospi
 erf, erfc, expm1, fdim, fma, fmax, fmin
 hypot, ilogb, ldexp, log1p, nextafter, sinpi.

It also brings back accidentally removed tests for sincospi.

[TLI][NFC] Fix ordering of ArmPL and SLEEF tests (#77609)
This patch sorts the tests which check if SLEEF and ArmPL mappings are
used, in the order of the math functions base names.

[TLI] Add mappings to SLEEF/ArmPL libcall variants taking linear args. (#76060)
The mappings correspond to vectorized variants (fixed/scalable) for the
math functions: modf, sincos, sincospi.

[TLI][NFC] Autogenerate vectorized call tests for SLEEF/ArmPL. (#76146)
This patch prepares the ground for #76060.

* Unifies ArmPL and SLEEF tests for better coverage
* Replaces deprecated float* and double* types with ptr
* Adds noalias attribute to pointer arguments
* Adds some cmd-line options to the RUN lines to simplify output
* Removes datalayout since target triple is provided
* Removes checks for return statements
* Refactors the regex filter for autogenerated checks
* Removes redundant test file suffix (already under the AArch64 dir)
