bda6e5bee0 [NFC] remove explicit default value for strboolattr attribute in tests 
Since d6de1e1a71406c75a4ea4d5a2fe84289f07ea3a1, no attributes is quivalent to
setting attribute to false.

f8d1d12fef [GlobalMerge] Handle non-landingpad EH pads 
This code crashed on funclet-style EH instructions such as catchpad,
catchswitch, and cleanuppad. Just treat all EH pad instructions
equivalently and avoid merging the globals they reference through any
use.
