Balazs Benics	0b9d3a6e53	[analyzer][NFC] Separate CallDescription from CallEvent ... `CallDescriptions` deserve its own translation unit. This patch simply moves the corresponding parts. Balázs Kéri	b0d38ad0bc	[clang][Analyzer] Add symbol uninterestingness to bug report. ... `PathSensitiveBughReport` has a function to mark a symbol as interesting but it was not possible to clear this flag.
