Use of output modifiers forces VOP3 encoding for a VOP2 mac/fmac
instruction, so we might as well convert it to the more flexible VOP3-
only mad/fma form.
With this change, the only way we should emit VOP3-encoded mac/fmac is
if regalloc chooses registers that require the VOP3 encoding, e.g. sgprs
for both src0 and src1. In all other cases the mac/fmac should either be
converted to mad/fma or shrunk to VOP2 encoding.

v_fmac with source modifiers forces VOP3 encoding, but it is strictly
better to use the VOP3-only v_fma instead, because $dst and $src2 are
not tied so it gives the register allocator more freedom and avoids a
copy in some cases.
This is the same strategy we already use for v_mad vs v_mac and
v_fma_legacy vs v_fmac_legacy.

This patch disables the FSUB(-0,X)->FNEG(X) DAG combine when we're flushing subnormals. It requires updating the existing AMDGPU tests to use the fneg IR instruction, in place of the old fsub(-0,X) canonical form, since AMDGPU is the only backend currently checking the DenormalMode flags.
Note that this will require follow-up optimizations to make sure the FSUB(-0,X) form is handled appropriately

When lowering calling conventions, prefer to decompose vectors
into the constitute register types. This avoids artifical constraints
to satisfy a wide super-register.
This improves code quality because now optimizations don't need to
deal with the super-register constraint. For example the immediate
folding code doesn't deal with 4 component reg_sequences, so by
breaking the register down earlier the existing immediate folding
code is able to work.
This also avoids the need for the shader input processing code
to manually split vector types.

Issues addressed since original review:
- Avoid bug in regalloc greedy/machine verifier when forwarding to use
in an instruction that re-defines the same virtual register.
- Fixed bug when forwarding to use in EarlyClobber instruction slot.
- Fixed incorrect forwarding to register definitions that showed up in
explicit_uses() iterator (e.g. in INLINEASM).
- Moved removal of dead instructions found by
LiveIntervals::shrinkToUses() outside of loop iterating over
instructions to avoid instructions being deleted while pointed to by
iterator.
- Fixed ARMLoadStoreOptimizer bug exposed by this change in r311907.
- The pass no longer forwards COPYs to physical register uses, since
doing so can break code that implicitly relies on the physical
register number of the use.
- The pass no longer forwards COPYs to undef uses, since doing so
can break the machine verifier by creating LiveRanges that don't
end on a use (since the undef operand is not considered a use).
[MachineCopyPropagation] Extend pass to do COPY source forwarding
This change extends MachineCopyPropagation to do COPY source forwarding.
This change also extends the MachineCopyPropagation pass to be able to
be run during register allocation, after physical registers have been
assigned, but before the virtual registers have been re-written, which
allows it to remove virtual register COPY LiveIntervals that become dead
through the forwarding of all of their uses.
