a10789d6cd [ARM] Recognize SSAT and USAT from SMIN/SMAX
We have some recognition of SSAT and USAT from SELECT_CC at the moment.
This extends the matching to SMIN/SMAX which can help catch more cases,
either from min/max being the canonical form in instcombine or from some
expanded nodes like fp_to_si_sat.

f1d8345a2a [TwoAddressInstructionPass] Create register mapping for registers with multiple uses in the current MBB
Currently we create register mappings for registers used only once in current
MBB. For registers with multiple uses, when all the uses are in the current MBB,
we can also create mappings for them similarly according to the last use.
For example

    %reg101 = ...
            = ... reg101
    %reg103 = ADD %reg101, %reg102

We can create mapping between %reg101 and %reg103.

6599961c17 [TwoAddressInstructionPass] Improve the SrcRegMap and DstRegMap computation
This patch contains following enhancements to SrcRegMap and DstRegMap:

1 In findOnlyInterestingUse not only check if the Reg is two address usage,
but also check after commutation can it be two address usage.

2 If a physical register is clobbered, remove SrcRegMap entries that are
    mapped to it.

3 In processTiedPairs, when create a new COPY instruction, add a SrcRegMap
entry only when the COPY instruction is coalescable. (The COPY src is
    killed)

With these enhancements isProfitableToCommute can do better commute decision,
and finally more register copies are removed.

af03324984 [ARM] Disable sign extended SSAT pattern recognition.
I may have given bad advice, and skipping sext_inreg when matching SSAT
patterns is not valid on it's own. It at least needs to sext_inreg the
input again, but as far as I can tell is still only valid based on
demanded bits. For the moment disable that part of the combine,
hopefully reimplementing it in the future more correctly.

476de8cea3 [ARM] Add new and regenerate SSAT tests. NFC
Some of these new tests should be creating SSAT. They will be fixed in a
followup.

dd519bf0b0 [ARM] Selects SSAT/USAT from correct LLVM IR
LLVM will canonicalize conditional selectors to a different pattern than the old code that was used.
This is updating the function to match the new expected patterns and select SSAT or USAT when successful.
Tests have also been updated to use the new patterns.

32b165f561 [ARM] Saturation instructions are DSP-only
The saturation instructions appeared in v6T2, with DSP extensions, but they
were being accepted / generated on any, with the new introduction of the
saturation detection in the back-end. This commit restricts the usage to
DSP-enable only cores.

Fixes PR28607.

7a64346533 [ARM] Lower (select_cc k k (select_cc ~k ~k x)) into (SSAT l_k x)
Summary:
SSAT saturates an integer, making sure that its value lies within
an interval [-k, k]. Since the constant is given to SSAT as the
number of bytes set to one, k + 1 must be a power of 2, otherwise
the optimization is not possible. Also, the select_cc must use <
and > respectively so that they define an interval.
