2b160e95c8 Reland [SCEV] Fix and validate ValueExprMap/ExprValueMap consistency
Relative to the previous landing attempt, this introduces an additional
flag on forgetMemoizedResults() to not remove SCEVUnknown phis from
the value map. The invalidation after BECount calculation wants to
leave these alone and skips them in its own use-def walk, but we can
still end up invalidating them via forgetMemoizedResults() if there
is another IR value with the same SCEV. This is intended as a temporary
workaround only, and the need for this should go away once the
getBackedgeTakenInfo() invalidation is refactored in the spirit of
D114263.

-----

This adds validation for consistency of ValueExprMap and
ExprValueMap, and fixes identified issues:

* Addrec construction directly wrote to ValueExprMap in a few places,
without updating ExprValueMap. Add a helper to ensures they stay
consistent. The adjustment in forgetSymbolicName() explicitly
drops the old value from the map, so that we don't rely on it
  being overwritten.
* forgetMemoizedResultsImpl() was dropping the SCEV from
ExprValueMap, but not dropping the corresponding entries from
  ValueExprMap.

bee8dcda1f [SCEV] Fix and validate ValueExprMap/ExprValueMap consistency
Relative to the previous landing attempt, this makes
insertValueToMap() resilient against the value already being
present in the map -- previously I only checked this for the
createSimpleAffineAddRec() case, but the same issue can also
occur for the general createNodeForPHI(). In both cases, the
addrec may be constructed and added to the map in a recursive
query trying to create said addrec. In this case, this happens
due to the invalidation when the BE count is computed, which
ends up clearing out the symbolic name as well.

1a6dc92be7 [PowerPC] Inefficient register allocation of ACC registers results in many copies.
ACC registers are a combination of four consecutive vector registers.
If the vector registers are assigned first this often forces a number
of copies to appear just before the ACC register is created. If the ACC
register is assigned first then fewer copies are generated when the vector
registers are assigned.

This patch tries to force the register allocator to assign the ACC registers first
and then the UACC registers and then the vector pair registers. It does this
by changing the priority of the register classes.

This patch also adds hints to help the register allocator assign UACC registers from
known ACC registers and vector pair registers from known UACC registers.

a08fc1361a [PowerPC] Change VSRpRC allocation order
On PowerPC, VSRpRC represents the pairs of even and odd VSX register,
and VRRC corresponds to higher 32 VSX registers. In some cases, extra
copies are produced when handling incoming VRRC arguments with VSRpRC.

This patch changes allocation order of VSRpRC to eliminate this kind of
copy.

Stack frame sizes may increase if allocating non-volatile registers, and
some other vector copies happen. They need fix in future changes.

449f2f7140 [PowerPC] Duplicate inherited heuristic from base scheduler
PowerPC has its custom scheduler heuristic. It calls parent classes'
tryCandidate in override version, but the function returns void, so this
way doesn't actually help. This patch duplicates code from base scheduler
into PPC machine scheduler class, which does what we wanted.

c2892978e9 [PowerPC] Rename the vector pair intrinsics and builtins to replace the _mma_ prefix by _vsx_
On PPC, the vector pair instructions are independent from MMA.
This patch renames the vector pair LLVM intrinsics and Clang builtins to replace the _mma_ prefix by _vsx_ in their names.
We also move the vector pair type/intrinsic/builtin tests to their own files.
