8ebb3eac02 [test] Use -passes syntax when specifying pipeline in some more tests 
The legacy PM is deprecated, so update a bunch of lit tests running
opt to use the new PM syntax when specifying the pipeline.
In this patch focus has been put on test cases for ConstantMerge,
ConstraintElimination, CorrelatedValuePropagation, GlobalDCE,
GlobalOpt, SCCP, TailCallElim and PredicateInfo.

cee313d288 Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."" 
The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

939724cd02 GlobalOpt does not treat externally_initialized globals correctly 
GlobalOpt currently merges stores into the initialisers of internal,
externally_initialized globals, but should not do so as the value of the global
may change between the initialiser and any code in the module being run.
