ba0543b32b [test] Fix Container::insert(value_type const&) tests 
Patch from Joe Loser.

Several unit tests meaning to test the behavior of lvalue insertion incorrectly
pass rvalues. Fixes bug PR # 27394

f2f2a6395f Replace __cplusplus comparisons and dialect __has_feature checks with TEST_STD_VER. 
This is a huge cleanup that helps make the libc++ test suite more portable.
