cb6ba62d6f AMDGPU/SI: Enable the post-ra scheduler

61001bbc03 AMDGPU: Make v2i64/v2f64 legal types. 
They can be loaded and stored, so count them as legal. This is
mostly to fix a number of common cases for load/store merging.
