[SLP]Vectorize gathered loads

Final gather/buildvector nodes may have scalar loads, which are not
vectorized (since they are part of the gather nodes) but may form full
vector loads, being combined. This patch walks over all gather nodes,
"gathering" and sorting gathered scalar loads and then tries to build
vector loads, which later are reshuffled between the gather nodes.
It allows later to add support for segmented loads (kind of AOS to SOA
load kind for RISC-V RVV) and may help with the removal of the alternat
e opcodes support.
Currently, alternate nodes may depend on each other because of the
consecutive loads between their operands. Because of that we cannot
simply remove alternate vectorization. But this approach may help to
remove most of the stuff for it, since we'll be able to vectorize loads
in between lanes.

[SLP]Vectorize gathered loads

Final gather/buildvector nodes may have scalar loads, which are not
vectorized (since they are part of the gather nodes) but may form full
vector loads, being combined. This patch walks over all gather nodes,
"gathering" and sorting gathered scalar loads and then tries to build
vector loads, which later are reshuffled between the gather nodes.
It allows later to add support for segmented loads (kind of AOS to SOA
load kind for RISC-V RVV) and may help with the removal of the alternat
e opcodes support.
Currently, alternate nodes may depend on each other because of the
consecutive loads between their operands. Because of that we cannot
simply remove alternate vectorization. But this approach may help to
remove most of the stuff for it, since we'll be able to vectorize loads
in between lanes.

SLP/TTI do not know about the cost estimation for addsub pattern,
supported by X86. Previously the support for pattern detection was added
(seeTTI::isLegalAltInstr), but the cost still did not estimated
properly.

Need to check the scalars if they can be vectorized before trying to
schedule them. It may save compile time and improve vectorization on

[slp] Delete dead scalar instructions feeding vectorized instructions

If we vectorize a e.g. store, we leave around a bunch of getelementptrs for the individual scalar stores which we removed. We can go ahead and delete them as well.
This is purely for test output quality and readability. It should have no effect in any sane pipeline.

[SLP]Improve multinode analysis.

Changes the preliminary multinode analysis:
1. Introduced scores for reversed loads/extractelements.
2. Improved shallow score calculation.
3. Lowered the cost of external uses (no need to consider it several times, just ones).
4. The initial lane for analysis is the one with the minimal possible
reorderings.
These changes in general shall reduce compile time and improve the
reordering in many cases.

[SLP,LV] Use poison constant vector for shufflevector/initial insertelement
...
This patch makes SLP and LV emit operations with initial vectors set to poison constant instead of undef.
This is a part of efforts for using poison vector instead of undef to represent "doesn't care" vector.
The goal is to make nice shufflevector optimizations valid that is currently incorrect due to the tricky interaction between undef and poison (see https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44185 ).
