[NFC][Py Reformat] Reformat python files in lldb
This is an ongoing series of commits that are reformatting our Python
code. Reformatting is done with `black` (23.1.0).

If you end up having problems merging this commit because you have made
changes to a python file, the best way to handle that is to run `git
checkout --ours <yourfile>` and then reformat it with black.

88ac9138f4 [lldb] Try harder to optimize away a test variable
The test was checking that we can print an error message when a variable
is optimized away, but the optimizer got smarter (D140404) in tracking
the variable's value (so that we were not able to recover its value).

Using a value in an argument registers (argc) makes it more likely to be
overwritten by subsequent function calls (and permanently lost).

46c1f77e16 Add [opt] suffix to optimized stack frame in lldb-vscode
To help user identify optimized code This diff adds a "[opt]" suffix to
optimized stack frames in lldb-vscode. This provides consistent experience
as command line lldb.

It also adds a new "optimized" attribute to DAP stack frame object so that
it is easy to identify from telemetry than parsing trailing "[opt]".
