AMDGPU: Replace insertelement poison with insertelement undef (#130896)
This is the bulk update with perl, with cases which require additional
update left for later.

AMDGPU: Fix overly conservative immediate operand check (#127563)
The real legality check is peformed later anyway, so this was
unnecessarily blocking immediate folds in handled cases.

This also stops folding s_fmac_f32 to s_fmamk_f32 in a few tests,
but that seems better. The globalisel changes look suspicious,
it may be mishandling constants for VOP3P instructions.

[AMDGPU][NFC] Replace gfx940 and gfx941 with gfx942 in llvm/test (#125711)
[AMDGPU][NFC] Replace gfx940 and gfx941 with gfx942 in llvm/test

gfx940 and gfx941 are no longer supported. This is one of a series of PRs to remove them from the code base.

This PR uses gfx942 instead of gfx940 and gfx941 in the test RUN-lines (unless there is already a RUN-line for gfx942).

The only notable difference in the test output is that gfx942 does not force the use of sc0 and sc1 on stores while gfx940 and gfx941 do (cf. https://reviews.llvm.org/D149986).

AMDGPU: Implement isExtractVecEltCheap (#122460)
Once again we have excessive TLI hooks with bad defaults. Permit this
for 32-bit element vectors, which are just use-different-register.
We should permit 16-bit vectors as cheap with legal packed instructions,
but I see some mixed improvements and regressions that need investigation.

[AMDGPU,test] Change llc -march= to -mtriple= (#75982)
Similar to 806761a7629df268c8aed49657aeccffa6bca449.

For IR files without a target triple, -mtriple= specifies the full
target triple while -march= merely sets the architecture part of the
default target triple, leaving a target triple which may not make sense,
e.g. amdgpu-apple-darwin.

Therefore, -march= is error-prone and not recommended for tests without
a target triple. The issue has been benign as we recognize
$unknown-apple-darwin as ELF instead of rejecting it outrightly.

This patch changes AMDGPU tests to not rely on the default
OS/environment components. Tests that need fixes are not changed:

3eb2281bc0 [AMDGPU] Aggressively fold immediates in SIFoldOperands
Previously SIFoldOperands::foldInstOperand would only fold a
non-inlinable immediate into a single user, so as not to increase code
size by adding the same 32-bit literal operand to many instructions.

This patch removes that restriction, so that a non-inlinable immediate
will be folded into any number of users. The rationale is:
- It reduces the number of registers used for holding constant values,
which might increase occupancy. (On the other hand, many of these
registers are SGPRs which no longer affect occupancy on GFX10+.)
- It reduces ALU stalls between the instruction that loads a constant
into a register, and the instruction that uses it.
- The above benefits are expected to outweigh any increase in code size.

381ded345b [AMDGPU] Add S_MOV_B64_IMM_PSEUDO for wide constants
This is to allow 64 bit constant rematerialization. If a constant
is split into two separate moves initializing sub0 and sub1 like
now RA cannot rematerizalize a 64 bit register.

This gives 10-20% uplift in a set of huge apps heavily using double
precession math.
