LLVM itself is generally moving away from using `undef` and towards
using `poison`, to the point of having a lint that caches new uses of
`undef` in tests.
In order to not trip the lint on new patterns and to conform to the
evolution of LLVM
- Rename valious ::undef() methods on StructBuilder subclasses to
::poison()
- Audit the uses of UndefOp in the MLIR libraries and replace almost all
of them with PoisonOp
The remaining uses of `undef` are initializing `uninitialized` memrefs,
explicit conversions to undef from SPIR-V, and a few cases in
AMDGPUToROCDL where usage like
%v = insertelement <M x iN> undef, iN %v, i32 0
%arg = bitcast <M x iN> %v to i(M * N)
is used to handle "i32" arguments that are are really packed vectors of
smaller types that won't always be fully initialized.

The `noinline`, `alwaysinline`, and `optnone` function attributes are
already being used in MLIR code for the LLVM inlining interface and in
some SPIR-V lowering, despite residing in the passthrough dictionary,
which is intended as exactly that -- a pass through MLIR -- and not to
model any actual semantics being handled in MLIR itself.
Promote the `noinline`, `alwaysinline`, and `optnone` attributes out of
the passthrough dictionary on `llvm.func` into first class unit
attributes, updating the import and export accordingly.
Add a verifier to `llvm.func` that checks that these attributes are not
set in an incompatible way according to the LLVM specification.
Update the LLVM dialect inlining interface to use the first class
attributes to check whether inlining is possible.
Add missing constant propogation folder for spirv.Select
Implement additional folding when both selections are equivalent or the
condition is a constant Scalar/SplatVector.
Allows for constant folding in the IndexToSPIRV pass.

Align with the rest of the spirv dialect by using a functional type

Regex for updating existing code:
`spirv\.VectorShuffle (\[.+\]) (%[^:]+): ([^,]+), (%[^:]+): ([^\s]+) ->(.+)`
==>
`spirv.VectorShuffle $1 $2, $4 : $3, $5 ->$6`
LLVMStructTypes could be emitted with some null elements. This caused a
crash later in the LLVMDialect verifier.
We now use `convertTypes` and check that all types were successfully converted before passing them to the `LLVMStructType` constructor.
See #59990
Option to express that `spirv` StorageClasses should be mapped to LLVM
address spaces in the conversion process. This mapping will be

The client API cannot be taken from the code as more than one module

StorageClass to address space mappings. This information would not be
available during type conversion.

This revision adds a branch weight op interface for the call / branch
operations that support branch weights. It can be used in the LLVM IR
import and export to simplify the branch weight conversion. An
additional mapping between call operations and instructions ensures
the actual conversion can be done in the module translation itself,
rather than in the dialect translation interface. It also has the
benefit that downstream users can amend custom metadata to the call
operation during the export to LLVM IR.

* Making sure that GEP and alloca are built with the explicit base pointer type
* creating opaque pointers instead of typed pointers if requested
* omitting pointer to pointer bitcasts

`sym_name` is an optional attribute of `ModuleOp`, so it is unsafe to
fetch the underlying value without checking whether it is non-empty.
Such unsafe dereferencing causes the lower-host-to-llvm-calls_fail.mlir
test to segfault. Although this bug existed for four months, it wasn't
triggered, since previous tests executed a code path that used a default
value instead of one fetched from the module attribute.
This patch makes the code use a default value if the optional attribute

Default attributes were only handled by ODS accessors generated with the

duplicated default attribute population in python bindings.
Switch some of the OpenMP ones to optional attribute with default as the

Continue the convergence between LLVM dialect and built-in types by using the
built-in vector type whenever possible, that is for fixed vectors of built-in
integers and built-in floats. LLVM dialect vector type is still in use for
pointers, less frequent floating point types that do not have a built-in
equivalent, and scalable vectors. However, the top-level `LLVMVectorType` class
has been removed in favor of free functions capable of inspecting both built-in
and LLVM dialect vector types: `LLVM::getVectorElementType`,
`LLVM::getNumVectorElements` and `LLVM::getFixedVectorType`. Additional work is
necessary to design an implemented the extensions to built-in types so as to
remove the `LLVMFixedVectorType` entirely.
Note that the default output format for the built-in vectors does not have
whitespace around the `x` separator, e.g., `vector<4xf32>` as opposed to the
LLVM dialect vector type format that does, e.g., `!llvm.vec<4 x fp128>`. This
required changing the FileCheck patterns in several tests.
