Now that the GNU and HLASM `InstPrinter` paths are separated in
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/112975, differentiate between
them in `SystemZInstrFormats.td`.
The main difference are:
- Tabs converted to space
- Remove space after comma for instruction operands

The current values for PrivateGlobalPrefix and PrivateLabelPrefix (@@
and @ respectively) are, in hindsight, poor choices for multiple
reasons:
First, there exist externally visible routines from the language
environment that begin with @@. These functions are certainly not
local/private by any means and they should not share a prefix with
private globals.
Secondly, both private globals and private labels should be handled the
same way by GOFF, so it doesn't make much sense for them to have
separate prefixes. GOFF remains the only file format where these are
different and there is no reason for that to be the case
The LIT test cases were migrated with the script provided by
Nikita Popov.
No manual changes were made. Committed without review since
no functional changes, after consultation with uweigand.
This PR adds support for creating leaf functions when there are no CSRs used, no function calls are made, no stack frame is acquired, and contain no try/catch/throw statements.

- This patch provides the initial implementation for lowering a call on z/OS according to the XPLINK64 calling convention
- A series of changes have been made to SystemZCallingConv.td to account for these additional XPLINK64 changes including adding a new helper function to shadow the stack along with allocation of a register wherever appropriate
- For the cases of copying a f64 to a gr64 and a f128 / 128-bit vector type to a gr64, a `CCBitConvertToType` has been added and has been bitcasted appropriately in the lowering phase
- Support for the ADA register (R5) will be provided in a later patch.
