[VPlan] Keep common flags during CSE. (#157664)
During CSE, we don't have to drop all poison-generating flags on
mis-match, we can keep the ones common on both recipes.

[VPlan] Introduce CSE pass (#151872)
Introduce a simple common-subexpression-elimination pass at the
VPlan-level, running late during the execution of the VPlan. The
long-term vision is to get rid of the legacy non-VPlan-based cse routine
in LV, but this patch doesn't yet fully subsume it.

[VPlan] Remove VPVectorPointer for part 0 after unrolling. (#149735)
VPVectorPointer for part 0 is just the pointer operand. Simplify it
after unrolling. This removes a large number of redundant GEPs with
index 0.

[VPlan] Remove no-op SCALAR-STEPS after unrolling. (#123655)
After unrolling, there may be additional simplifications that can be
applied. One example is removing SCALAR-STEPS for the first part where
only the first lane is demanded.

This removes redundant adds of 0 from a large number of tests (~200),
many which I am still working on updating.

In preparation for removing redundant WideIV steps added in
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/119284.

9529597cf4 Recommit #2: "[LV] Induction Variable does not remain scalar under tail-folding."
This was reverted because of a miscompilation. At closer inspection, the
problem was actually visible in a changed llvm regression test too. This
one-line follow up fix/recommit will splat the IV, which is what we are trying
to avoid if unnecessary in general, if tail-folding is requested even if all
users are scalar instructions after vectorisation. Because with tail-folding,
the splat IV will be used by the predicate of the masked loads/stores
instructions. The previous version omitted this, which caused the
miscompilation. The original commit message was:

If tail-folding of the scalar remainder loop is applied, the primary induction
variable is splat to a vector and used by the masked load/store vector
instructions, thus the IV does not remain scalar. Because we now mark
that the IV does not remain scalar for these cases, we don't emit the vector IV
if it is not used. Thus, the vectoriser produces less dead code.

Thanks to Ayal Zaks for the direction how to fix this.

a5da8d90da [PowerPC] Add missing legalization for vector BSWAP
We somehow missed doing this when we were working on Power9 exploitation.
This just adds the missing legalization and cost for producing the vector
intrinsics.
