[mlir] Remove unused includes (NFC) (#147455) 
These are identified by misc-include-cleaner.  I've filtered out those
that break builds.  Also, I'm staying away from llvm-config.h,
config.h, and Compiler.h, which likely cause platform- or
compiler-specific build failures.

[MLIR][GPU] Add a pattern to rewrite gpu.subgroup_id (#137671) 
This patch impelemnts a rewrite pattern for transforming
`gpu.subgroup_id` to:
```
subgroup_id = linearized_thread_id / gpu.subgroup_size
```

where:
```
linearized_thread_id = thread_id.x + block_dim.x * (thread_id.y + block_dim.y * thread_id.z)
```

dd16cd731d [mlir][gpu] Add a pattern for transforming gpu.global_id to thread + blockId * blockDim 
This patch implements a rewrite pattern for transforming gpu.global_id x
to gpu.thread_id + gpu.block_id * gpu.block_dim.
