This is an ongoing series of commits that are reformatting our
Python code. This catches the last of the python files to
reformat. Since they where so few I bunched them together.
Reformatting is done with `black`.
If you end up having problems merging this commit because you
have made changes to a python file, the best way to handle that
is to run git checkout --ours <yourfile> and then reformat it
with black.
If you run into any problems, post to discourse about it and
we will try to help.

* Stop setting config.python_executable in Unit/lit.site.cfg.py.in.
All other projects only set this in the main lit config, not in the
one for unit tests. (Unit tests don't spawn Python.)
* Set config.python_executable to Python3_EXECUTABLE in main
lit.site.cfg.py.in instead of PYTHON_EXECUTABLE. All other files
did this in c4c3883b00.
* Stop setting enable_abi_breaking_checks, enable_backtrace, enable_shared.
Nothing in bolt's tests (or in lit) reads them.

This clarifies that this is an LLVM specific variable and avoids
potential conflicts with other projects.

This patch adds unit testing support for BOLT. In order to do this we will need at least do this changes on the code level:
* Make createMCPlusBuilder accessible externally
* Remove positional InputFilename argument to bolt utlity sources
And prepare the cmake and lit for the new tests.
