Since this standalone build configuration uses the runtime libraries that
are being built just now, we need to ensure that e.g. the TSan unit tests
depend on the tsan runtime library. Also fix TSAN_DEPS being overridden
to not include the tsan runtime (commit .....).
This change fixes a build race seen in the CI checks for
TsanRtlTest-x86_64-Test in https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/83088.

With https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/83088, we now need the
runtimes to be built before running test if
COMPILER_RT_TEST_STANDALONE_BUILD_LIBS is true, since otherwise we
get failures running `ninja check-all` such as the following:
```
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find .../compiler-rt/cmake-build-all-sanitizers/lib/linux/libclang_rt.fuzzer-x86_64.a: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find .../compiler-rt/cmake-build-all-sanitizers/lib/linux/libclang_rt.xray-x86_64.a: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find .../compiler-rt/cmake-build-all-sanitizers/lib/linux/libclang_rt.xray-basic-x86_64.a: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find .../compiler-rt/cmake-build-all-sanitizers/lib/linux/libclang_rt.xray-fdr-x86_64.a: No such file or directory
```
This is a follow-up to 058e9b03 which started removing these checks
and it should make it easier to stop forcing COMPILER_RT_STANDALONE_BUILD
for runtimes builds in the future.

All these unit tests already include ${COMPILER_RT_GTEST_SOURCE} as an
input source file and the target llvm_gtest does not exist for
standalone builds. Currently the DEPS argument is ignored for standalone
builds so the missing target is not a problem, but as part of fixing a
build race for standalone builds I am planning to include those
dependencies in COMPILER_RT_TEST_STANDALONE_BUILD_LIBS configurations.

This ensures that the MSan unit tests are able to pass with an
uninstrumented libunwind. We need to avoid instrumentation for
__gxx_personality_v0, which is part of the default msan_ignorelist.txt
that is installed into the resource directory. However, if we are trying
to test the just-built libraries, this global ignore list may not be
present yet, so we still instrument the function.
Arguably this function should not be on the default ignore list since it
is only a problem when building libcxxabi with MSan instrumentation and
without an instrumented libunwind, so maybe the logic should really be
part of the libcxxabi build. However, that could be done as a follow-up.

This patch adds basic memory sanitizer support for loongarch64
with 47-bit VMA, which memory layout is based on x86_64.
The LLVM part of the LoongArch memory sanitizer implementation will
be done separately, which will fix failing tests in check-msan.
These failing tests fail with the following same error: "error in
backend: unsupported architecture".

When trying to debug some `compiler-rt` unittests, I initially had a hard
time because
- even in a `Debug` build one needs to set `COMPILER_RT_DEBUG` to get
debugging info for some of the code and
- even so the unittests used a hardcoded `-O2` which often makes debugging
impossible.
This patch addresses this by instead using `-O0` if `COMPILER_RT_DEBUG`.
Changes relative to the previous commit:
- Use `string(APPEND)` for `COMPILER_RT_TEST_COMPILER_CFLAGS`.
- Omit `-O3` from `COMPILER_RT_TEST_COMPILER_CFLAGS` in non-debug builds for now.
- Provide `__sanitizer::integral_constant<bool, true>::value` instantiation
for `sanitizer_type_traits_test.cpp` in debug builds.
- Disable subtests of `tsan/tests/unit/tsan_trace_test.cpp` that deadlock
in debug builds.
- `XFAIL` `tsan/Linux/check_memcpy.c` in debug builds.
Tested on `sparcv9-sun-solaris2.11`, `amd64-pc-solaris2.11`, and
`x86_64-pc-linux-gnu`.

The upstream project ships CMake rules for building vanilla gtest/gmock which conflict with the names chosen by LLVM. Since LLVM's build rules here are quite specific to LLVM, prefixing them to avoid collision is the right thing (i.e. there does not appear to be a path to letting someone *replace* LLVM's googletest with one they bring, so co-existence should be the goal).
This allows LLVM to be included with testing enabled within projects that themselves have a dependency on an official gtest release.

Handle the case of wordexp being invoked with WRDE_DOOFFS and

Several `#if SANITIZER_LINUX && !SANITIZER_ANDROID` guards are replaced
with the more appropriate `#if SANITIZER_GLIBC` (the headers are glibc
extensions, not specific to Linux (i.e. if we ever support GNU/kFreeBSD

Several `#if SANITIZER_LINUX && !SANITIZER_ANDROID` guards are refined
with `#if SANITIZER_GLIBC` (the definitions are available on Linux glibc,

This patch makes `ninja asan cfi lsan msan stats tsan ubsan xray` build on a musl based Linux distribution (apk install musl-libintl)
Notes about disabled interceptors for musl:
* `SANITIZER_INTERCEPT_GLOB`: musl does not implement `GLOB_ALTDIRFUNC` (GNU extension)
* Some ioctl structs and functions operating on them.
* `SANITIZER_INTERCEPT___PRINTF_CHK`: `_FORTIFY_SOURCE` functions are GNU extension
* `SANITIZER_INTERCEPT___STRNDUP`: `dlsym(RTLD_NEXT, "__strndup")` errors so a diagnostic is formed. The diagnostic uses `write` which hasn't been intercepted => SIGSEGV
* `SANITIZER_INTERCEPT_*64`: the `_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE` functions are glibc specific. musl does something like `#define pread64 pread`
* Disabled `msg_iovlen msg_controllen cmsg_len` checks: musl is conforming while many implementations (Linux/FreeBSD/NetBSD/Solaris) are non-conforming. Since we pick the glibc definition, exclude the checks for musl (incompatible sizes but compatible offsets)
