a3a4369ea1 [ASAN] Fix validation size for dirent on FreeBSD
Typically the size required to represent a dirent is stored in `d_reclen`. But
this not always the case for FreeBSD (for example, when walking a directory
over NFS).

This leads to ASAN false positives for `scandir` and similar functions. Because
ASAN uses `d_reclen` for the range to validate, it can overrun when `d_reclen` is
incorrect (too large).

This change adds `__sanitizer_dirsiz` which fixes the dirent size calculation
for FreeBSD. Other platforms continue to use `d_reclen`.

1298273e82 msan: account for AVX state when unpoison ucontext_t
ucontext_t can be larger than its static size if it contains
AVX state and YMM/ZMM registers.
Currently a signal handler that tries to access that state
can produce false positives with random origins on stack.
Account for the additional ucontext_t state.

cbcab14b19 [compiler-rt] Silence a deprecation warning on FreeBSD
On FreeBSD the sys/timeb.h header has a #warning that it's deprecated.
However, we need to include this header here, so silence this warning that
is printed multiple times otherwise.

52f2df1ecd [Sanitizers] Get link map on FreeBSD and NetBSD via documented API
Summary:
Instead of hand-crafting an offset into the structure returned by
dlopen(3) to get at the link map, use the documented API. This is
described in dlinfo(3): by calling it with `RTLD_DI_LINKMAP`, the
dynamic linker ensures the right address is returned.

This is a recommit of 92e267a94dc4272511be674062f8a3e8897b7083, with
dlinfo(3) expliclity being referenced only for FreeBSD, non-Android
Linux, NetBSD and Solaris. Other OSes will have to add their own
implementation.

I ran. In addition I also ran

  for f in $(svn diff | diffstat | grep .cc | cut -f 2 -d ' '); do rg $f . ; done

and manually updated (many) references to renamed files found by that.
