Add the ability to define a Python based command that uses CommandObjectParsed (#70734)
This allows you to specify options and arguments and their definitions
and then have lldb handle the completions, help, etc. in the same way
that lldb does for its parsed commands internally.

This feature has some design considerations as well as the code, so I've
also set up an RFC, but I did this one first and will put the RFC
address in here once I've pushed it...

Note, the lldb "ParsedCommand interface" doesn't actually do all the
work that it should. For instance, saying the type of an option that has
a completer doesn't automatically hook up the completer, and ditto for
argument values. We also do almost no work to verify that the arguments
match their definition, or do auto-completion for them. This patch
allows you to make a command that's bug-for-bug compatible with built-in
ones, but I didn't want to stall it on getting the auto-command checking
to work all the way correctly.

As an overall design note, my primary goal here was to make an interface
that worked well in the script language. For that I needed, for
instance, to have a property-based way to get all the option values that
were specified. It was much more convenient to do that by making a
fairly bare-bones C interface to define the options and arguments of a
command, and set their values, and then wrap that in a Python class
(installed along with the other bits of the lldb python module) which
you can then derive from to make your new command. This approach will
also make it easier to experiment.

See the file test_commands.py in the test case for examples of how this
works.

ec456ba9ca [lldb] Add OperatingSystem base class to the lldb python module
This patch introduces an `OperatingSystem` base implementation in the
`lldb` python module to make it easier for lldb users to write their own
implementation.

The `OperatingSystem` base implementation is derived itself from the
`ScriptedThread` base implementation since they share some common grounds.

To achieve that, this patch makes changes to the `ScriptedThread`
initializer since it gets called by the `OperatingSystem` initializer.

I also took the opportunity to document the `OperatingSystem` base
class and methods.

35ef899f94 [lldb/python] Fix scripted_platform python module creation
This patch should fix the creation and addition of the `scripted_platform`
python module into the `lldb.plugins` module.

Previously, we were creating the `plugins` submodule, each time with a
different source file (either `scripted_process` or `scripted_platform`).

The removes the redundant `create_python_package` call and group both
python source files toghether.

8520b0fc59 [lldb/swig] Remove deprecated flags for generating bindings
This patch conditionaly removes the `-py3` swig flag that was used to
generate python3 bindings, since it's unsued since SWIG 4.1.0.

```
Deprecated command line option: -py3. Ignored, this option is no longer supported
```

This also removes the `-shadow` flag that have been deprecated since 2002.

bb4ccc6688 [lldb] Add ScriptedPlatform python implementation
This patch introduces both the Scripted Platform python base
implementation and an example for it.

The base implementation is embedded in lldb python module under
`lldb.plugins.scripted_platform`.

This patch also refactor the various SWIG methods to create scripted
objects into a single method, that is now shared between the Scripted
Platform, Process and Thread. It also replaces the target argument by a
execution context object.

7c54ffdc6c [lldb/crashlog] Add CrashLogScriptedProcess & remove interactive mode
This patch introduces a new type of ScriptedProcess: CrashLogScriptedProcess.
It takes advantage of lldb's crashlog parsers and Scripted Processes to
reconstruct a static debugging session with symbolicated stackframes, instead
of just dumping out everything in the user's terminal.

The crashlog command also has an interactive mode that only provide a
very limited experience. This is why this patch removes all the logic
for this interactive mode and creates CrashLogScriptedProcess instead.

This will fetch and load all the libraries that were used by the crashed
thread and re-create all the frames artificially.

b5a927b972 [lldb] Move create_relative_symlink function up in CMake hierarchy
Configuring lldb with `LLDB_ENABLE_PYTHON=OFF` and `LLDB_ENABLE_LUA=ON` results in a CMake error:

    CMake Error at lldb/bindings/lua/CMakeLists.txt:47 (create_relative_symlink):
      Unknown CMake command "create_relative_symlink".
    Call Stack (most recent call first):
      lldb/CMakeLists.txt:117 (finish_swig_lua)

This is because the CMake function `create_relative_symlink` only exists in `lldb/bindings/python/CMakeLists.txt`, and not in `lldb/bindings/lua/CMakeLists.txt`.

Move the function to `lldb/bindings/CMakeLists.txt`, so it is available for all language bindings.

ae389b2450 [lldb] use EXT_SUFFIX for python extension
LLDB doesn't use only the python stable ABI, which means loading
it into an incompatible python can cause the process to crash.
_lldb.so should be named with the full EXT_SUFFIX from sysconfig
-- such as _lldb.cpython-39-darwin.so -- so this doesn't happen.

bbef51eb43 [lldb] make it easier to find LLDB's python
It is surprisingly difficult to write a simple python script that
can reliably `import lldb` without failing, or crashing.   I'm
currently resorting to convolutions like this:

   in JSON format.

* new tool (unix only): lldb-python which finds python and exec's it.

that are backed by script files (in Python, Lua, Swift, etc ...) and
inspect them statically.

Scripted Processes can be used in cooperative multithreading environments
like the XNU Kernel or other real-time operating systems, but it can
also help us improve the debugger testing infrastructure by writting
synthetic tests that simulates hard-to-reproduce process/thread states.

Although ScriptedProcess is not feature-complete at the moment, it has
basic execution capabilities and will improve in the following patches.

e5228ef556 [lldb] Emit type annotation in SWIG generated Python code.
The Python code generated by SWIG is compatible with both Python 2 and
Python 3. The -py3 option enables Python 2 incompatible features such as
function annotations and abstract base classes.

LLVM install component targets needs to be in the form of: install-{target}[-stripped]

I tested with:

```

@JDevlieghere `finish_swig_python_scripts` is a really weird name for a distribution component, any reason that it has to be this way?

  s/PYTHON_EXECUTABLE/Python3_EXECUTABLE/g
  s/PYTHON_RPATH/Python3_RPATH/g

I've also renamed the CMake module to better express its purpose and for
consistency with FindLuaAndSwig.

fbfd831dda [lldb] Fix relative imports and set the appropriate include dirs
After moving python.swig and lua.swig into their respective
subdirectories, the relative paths in these files were out of date. This
fixes that and ensures the appropriate include paths are set in the SWIG
invocation.

c135744b1d [lldb/CMake] Separate CMake code for Lua and Python (NFC)
Separate the CMake logic for Lua and Python to clearly distinguish
between code specific to either scripting language and the code shared
by both.

What this patch does is:

 - Move Python specific code into the bindings/python subdirectory.
 - Move the Lua specific code into the bindings/lua subdirectory.
 - Add the _python suffix to Python specific functions/targets.
 - Fix a dependency issue that would check the binding instead of
   whether the scripting language is enabled.

Note that this patch also changes where the bindings are generated,
which might affect downstream projects that check them in.
